We purchased the I phone XR for my son to replace his old I phone 5S. Boy was he so happy on Christmas morning to learn that he’s got one of the best phone for the year and it checks all the boxes for best tech to work with.

I have been a long time Google Android/Pixel guy. Except when i strayed for the Galaxy Note Series. but ultimately went back to Android and Google , But being a first time buyer of Apple i absoluetly love this phone

took some time to learn some features but worked out well after a while

Had to buy my first iphone after quitting my job with a supplied one. Wasn’t sure what to get but the associates recommended this one based on my needs. Other than a few hiccups I am way satisfied and love this phone!

My wife was the driver for us to get new cell phones recently. She absolutely loves and cherishes her new IPhone XR phone. It has all the features she was hoping to get. She especially likes the new camera and it's features.

The customer service was excellent at the best buy location. I switched from Samsung back to Apple. I miss the quality of the camera from my old phone but really do prefer the apple set up and how to get around. I do not like not having a headphone jack. This will definitely take some getting used to. I have to purchase another attachment just so i can listen to music while charging my phone.

It took a while to get used to the new features, but I made the adjustment pretty well. I’m a little irked that I can’t send the video files to YouTube directly from the eye photos app, I have heard that’s a problem that with iOS 12. Come on Apple, get this right! Stop playing games with the different vendors and just cooperate and play ball. You’re already the biggest one on the block so why Showboat?

Love this phone. Perfect size wish the camera was better.

Great service. Ordered from another store and sent to my home the next day! Brought right before Christmas- didn’t really expect to have it until after Christmas! Excellent service!

Enjoying the new Iphone XR a bit big but easy to see

Great phone.Screen resolution is outstanding. A bit pricey, not for beginners.

This phone is much faster to charge and has a much longer battery life than my old 5s.

My son bought to upgrade his last Apple. No complaints from him. But as a mom, my kids keep having to buy dongles they lose. Seems stupid to not be able to listen to music from a very expensive phone without an adapter.

I would have given 5 stars if it was a little smaller, works great good battery life.

My daughter is absolutely in love with her phone. She picked the coral colored one. I'm not sure of the specifics vs her older Iphone 7 but she's obviously impressed.

The iPhone XR isn't that different from the iPhone 6 it replaced; I thought the camera was going to be so much better and was a little disappointed. My biggest gripe about the XR is that there is no mini-jack output, so I can't listen to podcasts on my car radio (an older car that requires a wired connection).

so happy i switch from Sprint to Verizon, good deal when i did it, I got a very special deal on the day when i purchased , buy 1 and get 1 free. Also free activation.

The iPhone was a good buy, but the service provided by the Geek Squad was excellent. The man that took care of me had great patience since I went back about 6 times trying to figure it out.

Love the color of this phone ease of use.. perfect for teens

My wife switched from a note 9 and could not transfer her text messages. Evidently the software Apple provides to do so has not been updated for Android 9. Would have given the phone 5 stars if not for this problem. After 1 hour on phone with carrier and Apple found this out. At the store was told it would be possible. Beware if your text message history is important to you.
