Very satisfied with my phone purchase. The salesman made the switch from one phone to another very easy, with me only having to answer a couple of questions. In store experience was excellent.

I am the last in my family to get an iphone and I now know why everyone raves about them. It is almost too much phone for me as I am a baby boomer, but I am having fun trying to figuring out all I can do with it.

This is a replacement of my phone thatI lost off a boat. I replaced the lost XR with another XR as I use this in marine work and it is very resilliant to being dropped and getting wet

Went back and forth between the XS and XR for weeks. Eventually went with he XR and have 0 regrets. Best Buy did a great job setting up the new phone in the store

Although I have only had this new phone for a week, I'm very happy with it. I was long overdue for an upgrade from my 5s so this is a huge change for the better.

Transition to Apple from Samsung is NOT easy or intuitive. After 2 wks I continue to carry my S-8 to be certain the alarms are correct, I can quickly access my contacts list information, etc. I have had 3 free lessons at the Apple store and I sill have a lot to learn. Friends tell me it will take at least a month to make the transition. But most of them say it is worth the effort.

I bought this phone as an upgrade to my old SE. It’s been a great phone for me. I actually use it as my primary work telephone instead of having a landline. Love the bright red color too!

I love the size and full size screen! Good buy, definitely very expensive though.

I was able to find an Apple XR phone in blue at Best Buy when other stores did not have it in stock. The ability to do curb side pickup was fast and easy. Overall it was a good experience.

This IPhone is a great product from Apple. The only downside is camera function and it’s quality. The photo quality seems lower than that of Samsung phones.

The Apple Xr iPhone works great and was a great replacement for the old, old 5c it replaced. Just wished it cost a little less and was a little smaller.

As someone who always buys Samsung, my husband opted to purchase this phone. I played around with it and I liked it. Would probably buy an Apple product next

Has lots of new features but lacks some features that were on iPhone 6

My wife has held on to her iPhone 6s for years, so it was awesome that BestBuy offered me a great deal that allowed me to upgrade both my mom and wife’s phones. She loves it and was very surprised!

Got the I phone XR. So far, great phone. Still getting used to the larger size.
