This is my 2nd purchase of an I phone. Had my first I phone for 3-1/2 years and decided it was time to upgrade. Gave my old I phone 6S Plus to my son who is enjoying using it as it is still like new.

I needed a new phone because my last one was so old it kept getting hot. This phone is easy to use, has lots of room for my many photos and the battery lasts a long time. It takes great pictures too.

In the beginning I wasn’t to sure about an iPhone with out the home button. After getting it home and learning how to work the phone, I love it! The picture quality is great and overall the phone is phenomenal.

nice camera, about the same size as my android, so don't have to adjust to that

I bought a great phone at a fair price. Best Buy is one of the companies I enjoy doing business with. Their price match policy has saved me some money.

Got a good deal in Best buy when switching from Sprint to Verizon, buy 1 and get 1 free, plus free activation. Better reception and better network than sprint.

Have always had an android phone and was reluctant to go to “the other side”,but because the new phone would sync with my beloved iPad, I decided to change to an iPhone. So far, I’m glad I did.

My mom has held on to her iPhone 6 for years, so it was awesome that BestBuy offered me a great deal that allowed me to upgrade both my mom and wife’s phones. She loves it and was very surprised!

Apple builds and delivers on fantastic products! The iPhone XR is another great product in their lineup. My wife uses this phone daily and has it paired up with the iwatch 4. You can’t go wrong!

I had to take advantage of the sale BestBuy had and it was definitely worth the upgrade from my iPhone 7 Plus. Yes, there isn’t a dual camera but all you lose is the telescoping lens which I rarely ever used.

This was a gift that offered all the significant Apple upgrades without the gusher cost of the model S. So far the feedback is excellent!! Great job Apple

Upgraded from a 6s plus. Do not notice difference in screen size much at all. Fits better in purses and pockets. Love the full screen, takes a but to get used to the differences but not that bad.

I bough this for one of my girls as a gift and she loves it. She finds this cell easy to work with. It’s not too complicated and she loves the quality of the pictures it takes.

It’s great, obviously. Expensive too. But saved $100 at bestbuy vs apple store. Xr is great for cost vs function compared to xs max (bc clearly xs is not worth it) minus the portrait mode for objects (sad).

I like the upgrade to iPhone XR. Best Buy team very helpful with the selection and setup. Highly recommend purchasing through Best Buy. Quick & easy.

While the product meets expectations, the sales tech deserves the highest rating possible. He was helpful, friendly, professional, and most of all, very patient with a novice like myself.

Changed from android so it’s taking some getting used to. Good battery life.

I think that this iPhone is better than the 6s plus in easy of uses

This is a great purchase for my son. I needed a reliable phone for him since now he is attending collage. I think this will be very helpful for him for the next four years. I highly recommended.
