I will always be buying my phones from Best Buy now even though there is a Verizon right across the street. The Best Buy sales team is informed and friendly and is willing to take the time to get me all set up. While this is not the newest phone out there, it is a big step up and is a nice upgrade from what I was using. Note there is no home button so you do have to get used to that.

Bought this phone for my wife and she likes it. I bought this phone with the buy one get $799 toward another phone. Phone size is just right and she gets almost the same phone as my XS Max. The only thing that is noticeably different is the camera. Phone works way better than the phone we upgraded from which was the iPhone 6plus. I wouldn’t upgrade to this phone if you have a 7plus or higher. Just doesn’t have enough upgrades to warrant an $800 phone.

Would highly recommend, takes beautiful pictures. Face recognition works wonderfully even in low light.

My last I phone was almost 5 yrs old & the battery was starting to go. After researching I decided on the XR as I use my phone primarily as a Phone & I am not a gamer. It was easy to transition to & the screen is larger but I am still able to carry it in my pockets. The $ was the most reasonable.

Excellent product for the price. It has all of the features that I was looking for in a cell phone. Extremely easy to learn how to use the features. Excellent display; very clear and easy to read. Best buy employees were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and also provide very valuable suggestions. I highly recommend the Harriman N.Y. store.

By using the old LCD style display the battery seems to last about twice as long as an OLED phone. You lose some brightness with the screen but the battery life is still good and it's almost 2 years old. On my Galaxy's the battery would start getting worse and worse as time went on. We have 3 of them in the house and we have all been pretty happy with them.

Upgraded from a 6s. Larger screen makes a difference! Not missing my 6s nor wish I had gotten a XS which is a lot more!
