Great iPhone

Thus far, I have had no problems with this phone. It's a little on the pricey side considering what I paid for my last iPhone, but I suppose it's worth it.

Went back to i Phone

Got tired of the slowness and quirky things with my Samsung. Decided to try this phone and I love it. Didn't take long to get used to no home button. My only complaint is the phone is heavier than my old S6 so with a long conversation my wrist is sore. Have to figure that piece out.

Love the iPhone XR red

Only frustration was the the Best Buy phone staff was not very informed about the phone use and was unable to transfer my pictures from my old phone using the cloud or their equipment. Told me to go home and try doing it myself using my laptop. Will have to now go to the Verizon store.

Recent reductions in price due to new 11 release allow for those looking for higher end models without top level price to enjoy (near)top level product. Incredibly easy to set up especially if migrating Apple products.

Easy to Learn

Also, I thought a couple of my apps were not working as they should, but with the switch discovered it was the phone! Not the apps! they work great on the iPhone! I also received more help than I expected from Best Buy at setting up the phone! Thanks!
