Decent sound quality for a cell phone - actually clearer than my land line, (which I’ve cancelled.) my only complaint is directed at myself as my I-Pad and I-Phone are synced and on the table next to me in the living room, I keep grabbing the I- Pad by mistake when someone calls as both devices ring, though with their own tones. Soo...as you will surmise, I’m pretty satisfied with the Apple I-Phone XR
