Great camera, but that's about all. I could have saved money by buying Samsung phones and it too has a great camera.

I wish I was told that it was a bit of a downgrade when it comes to the camera but overall it’s a good phone.

After I bought phone it was 2nd day Face ID not working. So I bring it back. So my experience is not healthy.

I went in to buy a new iPhone last week. I was very clear that I had not backed up my information and would like everything transferred from my old phone. When I told them this I recieved a lecture on how I should back up my phone. I know what iCloud is. If I wanted it, I would have it. When they activated and transferred my data to the new phone, I was assured that all of my information was on the new phone, just none of my personal settings. I realized once I left that I am missing almost 3 years of photos and any stored data in all of my apps! The most devastating losses were the photos and my budgeting information which are gone for good. I am very upset about this as I’m sure there is an easy way to transfer these files and it was not done because it would have taken ten extra minutes. I am astounded my the laziness and rudeness of Best Buy customer service. I’m not usually bothered my profanity, but the man bought the phone from was one of the most vulgar strangers I’ve ever spoken to.

Can only be used with particular carriers. Phone still in box until I can afford to switch carriers.

Its just an ok phone nothing spectacular about it. I will be returning it.

This iPhone XR is the best mobile phone I have ever owned. Although, heavier than any of the mobile phones I have owned, its ruggedness, many features, camera, and reliability are its best features.

It’s not much of a difference than the iPhone 8. They both do the same thing a phone does. Big difference is the battery life and face recognition. Also no home button. So it’s an ok phone.
