    The plan and the iPhones are ok , but the Best Buy employees not . We had to go at store 3 times and different employees helped me before we got our iPhones.

    This is the nicest looking phone anyone in the family has owned. It works well, my son had no problems adapting to not having a home button. No negative surprises.
