Sleeker than previous models and the speed to match. I appreciate the Face ID and security features the most.

I was torn between the XR and XS and really the only difference is the size. My sister has the XS and the camera quality is the same. Very happy with the purchase. It was hard getting used not having a home button but I picked it up within a week.

While I think these phones are way over priced, it is nice, has ample storage and takes great pics.

I have never had a phone with this much storage capacity--it's wonderful! I had an iPhone 7 before, so this is quite an upgrade. I do have some problems with calls dropping, or not being able to hear clearly when people are speaking. Sometimes it is very bad, which is why I gave 4 stars. The pictures are very clear and I love the quality of them. Overall, I would recommend this phone!

Replacement phone for kids broken iPhone 7. Screen is bigger and he loves the face recognition feature.

I was nervous to upgrade my phone from the 6s because I did not want to lose Touch ID. When I finally did upgrade, I had no problem adjusting to the new Face ID and I don’t even miss the old features. Overall an excellent phone! The new blue color option is cute too!

Excellent camera and very long battery life. Video looks amazing...great phone.

I did not think my son would ever part from is 6S......and he was a little unsure of no "home" button. However, he has settled into this one nicely. Only issue is that he cannot charge and listen to headphones at the same time without a wireless charger or a dongle.

Nice phone, functions well. Love the screen size big improvement over my iPhone 7 Plus. Does everything and does it well. And you still get earbuds, and a charging block. Cheapie stop giving these out on the 12.

I have really enjoyed my IPhone XR. I have always had Samsung Galxy phones, and this is the first time having an iphone. It has been easy to transition, but I am still learning more things about my phone everyday. Also, the pictures are amazing!

I’ve had my IPhone XR for 3 weeks now and I couldn’t be happier with my upgrade. The colors and resolution are way batter than the IPhone 6s Plus I was using. I’m content with the 64gb as I don’t do much with my phone other than talk, text, and browse the internet.

Bought this phone for my daughter and she is very much liking it. Not having a home button takes a little getting used to.

I was going from a bare bones Tracfone of 6 years. So far, so good. The salesperson was great and helpful. I walked out of the store with a working phone. I am learning a lot. One suggestion- A booklet on the phone would help. I learn by reading stuff.

This phone was a gift for my daughter. Her first phone. It has more bells and whistles than she really needs, but it was part of a bogo deal at the time. Great phone. Reliable battery, which is great because she often forgets to plug it in to recharge.

I had the 6s plus for 3 years and decided that it’s time to upgrade. It was so easy to go into Bestbuy to get it. The whole process took me about 20 minutes included trading in my old phone. I love the color of my new phone, and the screen is so much bigger.

I'm not overly techy with a phone, but the XR has everything I was sure wouldn't get used. I am amazed how easy it was to adapt to. Voice mail to text recap, charging, screen size and resolution. It would be hard to go back to my old phone.

Portrait selfies, face recognition, larger screen were all important to her. She loves it.

I upgraded from an 8. I LOVE the colors! I went w/ the red one & couldn’t be happier! The camera is awesome! I’m using it in my photography class instead of an actual camera & it’s been impressive!

The camera takes awesome photos and the no bottom just swipe feature is great. To many great features to name the sound from the speakers on this phone while listening to music or movie is a great addition ! The screen is also amazing. A winner !
