    Bought this for my 12 year old daughter. After only 3 days she dropped the phone on it's back while in a case and the screen cracked. Luckily, we got Apple Care with the phone so it was a $30 fix rather than $200.

    I have always had an Android. Old habits die hard. My husband and 2 sons have had iPhones for a while. Well, I finally made the switch. This model is easy to navigate, figure out and I'm very glad I got this phone.

    I'm not an apple person, I prefer Samsung. I use the Galaxy s10, while my girl uses this phone. She says she likes it and much h better then her previous iPhone 8
