Although the iPhone 11 just came out, I’m very happy with my new iPhone 10 XR. It was not only discounted, but I was also able to trade in my iPhone 7 and received some credit for it. There’s no doubt apple knows how to make and continue to improve their iPhones. It has several new features that I still don’t even have the chance to fully explore. The camera is simply amazing. Full screen. It’s an awesome product. I know it’ll last me two or three years when I get probably an iPhone 16-18. Lol. Wireless technology is just amazing. Thank you apple.

Having been a long time Galaxy user (S3, S5 and S 7) I did not care for the S8 or S9. The only Apple product I own prior to the iPhone XR was my trusty iPod Nano. It took a little time to get use to the iOS compared to having been with Andriod for a long time. The phone performs great, is very user friendly and I cannot emphasize enough about the battery life. My S7 was having trouble staying charged for 4 hours even with limited use. I know the phone was aging along with the battery. I can charge my iPhone XR and use it for two days without having to recharge. I use my phone several times throughout the day. To me it was worth the upgrade. I did consider the iPhone 8 which is slightly smaller and had the physical home button. I would not go with a phone any larger as I would have a brick in my uniform pants.

This was a replacement for my wife's Samsung S7 Edge phone. It was the best choice. Great battery life and not too expensive. Her favorite color (red) and 128gb. No storage worries. Plus great camera!

Fastest processor in a phone Very long battery life Excellent camera performance Big, bright and colorful LCD Superb audio quality Great flagship value Not Pros, but acceptable, depending on your wants. Single rear camera lacks 2x optical zoom Portrait mode works only with people Bottom line, it’s the best phone I’ve ever had and I’m very happy.

There are several changes from my last iPhone but so far have adapted to losing my home button. I really like the face recognition for the unlock setting. It has a great camera, too.

This phone is amazing! The camera quality is great, the battery life lasts a long time, the face ID is neat, and I love the color of it.

Got a new apple iPhone XR- previous 8 just had bad battery life so decided to try again with upgraded phone. Tim at BB was very helpful and had me all instructed and set up before I left the store! The battery is definitely way better despite the fact that it's a bigger screen etc. I'm still getting used to NO home button- seems odd!

I love this phone especially the increased storage and processing. Also, the camera is terrific

My previous phone was an iPhone 6. I knew it was getting "long in the tooth" but thought it did an OK job. Wasn't really planning on an upgrade until I saw Best Buy's limited time sale on the XR and I just couldn't pass it up... $250 less than the iPhone 11 and nearly the same phone! It took me no time at all to become used to most of the new features. I'm now a huge fan of FaceID, I don't even notice the dreaded "notch" and the battery life on this phone is phenomenal. I really like the larger screen size without making it TOO big. All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Best brand of smartphone hands down. No viruses, no catching on fire, no problems! The XR is the best of the new phones. XS is too expensive for the difference in screen resolution. XR is bigger and cheaper. Some people don’t want a bigger phone and have stayed away from the PLUS/max models but this XR gives you an in between size that gives you a bigger better battery life without the bulkyness.

Fast, excellent display and camera, strong cellular and wireless connectivity. Although appreciably larger than previous iPhone 7, not too large for pants pockets. Ergonomics generally good, bearing in mind the size (I have large hands, others may demur on this opinion). Pricey, but in the universe of Apple, probably the best buy. Not a bleeding edge users, so no desire to pay many more $s for XSs. As I understand it, not upgradeable to 5G (XSs are), and uses 2x2 vice 4x4 MIM technology. That said, 5G unlikely to be widely implemented and used for a couple years, which is when I'll likely upgrade, so my sense is save $s now, allow the technology to mature, upgrade to next gen or two a couple years down the road. Really no complaints; it meets or exceeds all of my needs and wants at a reasonable (again: Apple reasonable) price.

It took a couple days to get used to the facial recognition and no home button, but I’m loving it more and more. The size is perfect and the photos are great!

It’s iOS so you know what you’re getting into if you have or have had an iPhone. I looked at the xs and xs max and I didn’t think the screen on the xs was worth the extra money. Upgraded from a 6 plus, so it feels a lot faster. Face ID is super nice. Get the 128 gb if you get an xr. For the price it’s worth the doubling of your storage.

I like the size. Not as big as a plus but bigger than the 6S I had for years. The battery life is great too! Plus the price is a lot less than the X or XS.

This replaced an iPhone 7 Plus. Like the size, speed, and battery life. Getting use to no home button.

My iphone died and I wanted to purchase a new (Later model) one without going under a new contract with my carrier. I had already decided that I wanted an XR this time with more memory than my old phone had. I was in the store a total of 25 min and walked out with exactly what I wanted. I love this phone. It took me 2 days to get used to the difference between it and my old phone.After a little bit of trial and error, I have loved it. Great camera takes much clearer pics than my old one. I am really enjoying it.

Upgraded from iPhone 6 Plus and this is super fast! Great build quality and lots of storage now. Love the glass front and camera is great

Replace an iPhone 8 Plus with this. Smaller body, bigger screen and Face ID work well. Battery life is better too
