Seems to be a very nice phone, but I am sick of having to replace my kids iPhone's every 2-3 years due to what seems like planned obsolescence. If these things are really worth the suggested price (which I don't know if anyone actually pays) why don't they last any longer, oh wait, if they did Apple could't sell as many phones. All my daughters friends thought it was cool, not sure what that says about their generation...

It’s an Apple product so it’s a little bit expensive, but well worth the money. This iPhone XR with A12 chip is fast. Great screen resolution. Great camera.

My wife loves her new Iphone XR phone. She's been on the Apple platform for years and refuses to switch to the android world. The new XR is a great value and does everything she needs it to do, including the bullet proof Apple security environment.

This iPhone is great, I upgrade from an iPhone 7 and basically got the functionality of an X with a slick new color scheme. Does everything I need to do to keep me in touch with my job, email, texts, and more. Great product! (It's why I bought 2!)

Purchased this phone to replace worn out 4s. Had heard about poor sound quality, but purchased this one hoping for better outcome. Only had this phone for 1 month, and the sound quality is terrible! Cons: Cannot clearly hear callers. Sound is very distorted and static, and suddenly drops to barely audible. Callers keep asking me to speak up, or into the phone, or stop moving around. None of which is the problem. This phone has very poor sound/volume. Should have gotten the 8s. Pros: Some of the features, such as facial recognition. and the enhanced color, are nice. Not much into all the apps and programs, but GarageBand is nice to have.

i bought this phone i really enjoy this iphone i would recommend this item to a friend.

It’s my fiancée’s phone and she loves it! Only thing she doesn’t like is that it freezes.

I like this phone a lot more then my 8+. I will say I miss 3D Touch but I got over that quickly. I thought I was going to miss the home key but I couldn’t be more glad it’s gone, with it’s departure came the Anamoji- something that amuses me to no end.

A bit heavy but excellent photo quality and overall design.

I was surprised that even though I didn’t purchase the XS the camera was still very clear.

My daughter is an APPLE fanatic. It was time for her upgrade and this is what she have picked out. Everything is apple this and apple that. I think for her birthday I will purchase the IPhone 12 for her.

Was worried about liking a newer phone from a 6S but it’s awesome. No regrets here!

Phone great overall battery life is good. Don’t really like face recognition feature.

Upgraded my wife’s 8+ to an XR and ran into some OS version incompatibility issues. Apparently the latest version for the 8+ is newer than the one for the XR so Benny @ BB had lots of trouble moving all of the data over to the new phone. We had to leave it overnight but after several tries, Benny was able to get it all straight. He was very patient with us and displayed great customer service.

This was the first phone that I purchased for my wife that she didn’t complain about!! She really likes this phone, and she especially loves the memory on it. The young man at Best Buy was very helpful. I was extremely pleased with his service.

Nice phone. Would recommend to a friend. The new camera and features are awesome.

Battery is awesome last all day. I use it heavily and it works for at least 1” hours.

It is very affordable although it is a bit heavy and thick compared to XS. Not bad.

This review is based on adolescent use of the device. 16 year old purchased and since she acquired the product she has been the happiest. No complaints regarding it products function, design or its appeal to the young folks.

Great features for the iPhone facial recognition works in the lowest of light too
