The phone is one of the best I had so far. Obviously! I will recommend this phone or any Apple product to anyone. Once you go apple you can't go back to anything other than Apple.

BB has every major wireless carrier in their stores. You can speak with all the employees at each carrier and determine which best fits your needs all in one place! A no brainer for me!

I upgraded from the iPhone 7 to the XR and this phone is a beast! It does everything the X, XS, Xs Max does with the exception of the dual lens rear camera. Great phone for the price!

Let's just say my teenage son has been enjoying the phone since he has had it. It is a must get. I am not an Apple person, I am a Samsung person but I wanted the phone myself.

I recommend this screen protector. Having little ones, my phone goes through a lot of wear and tear. My phone has been dropped various time and no damage to the screen itself!

This phone is a great piece however I give it 3 stars because I have had complaints from others on the other end of the phone saying how much I sound garbled or unclear. I either reposition the phone or use the speakerphone. This has happened on more than a dozen occasions in the month that I have had this phone and it is very annoying. I have been with the same service provider for over 20 years and not had a problem until I started using this phone. I was told that there is nothing wrong with the phone. I have had iPhones in the past and have never had this problem.

Bought this for my Granddaughter who has wanted an iPhone for years. She is happy with it, and that's what counts Oh yeah I got a Good deal on it as well, Thanks Best Buy and Sprint.

Incredible screen response time, depth adjustments in portrait mode are spot on and give a real photographer feel. Upgrading process at Best Buy has definitely improved over time.

I love my new I-phone. It's bigger than my I-phone 6 was but has a lot of nice features. I am loving everything about it. Thanks to Best Buy for setting up my stuff in it too!!

Good, maybe great, but there are new features that my old 7 didn't have that are taking me awhile to get used to on the XR. Facial recognition versus thumb print - I honestly don't see a real advantage as I frequently have to input my code.

I was a little leary of not having a home button anymore, but it's actually not that bad. A little learning curve at first for sure, but overall I'm really liking this phone.

Upgraded from 6 Plus for the camera. Found 1 glitch which Apple says is related to a bug in IOS 13 regarding send groups of pictures. No problem with individual photos.

The phone's design is sleek and sophisticated. I love the color choices. I had a hard time picking between blue or yellow. But I decided on the blue one, and I love it!

The phone color red is nice for boys and girls.The phone has a nice bright coral color and the upgrades on the iPhone takes a little getting use to, i.e. how to swipe the screen

Love this phone. Maybe not the "amazing" screen, but dare you to tell the difference most of the time. Same issue as with the X in terms of the ease of calling up the active apps.

I had an iPhone 7 that was getting a little old. Still worked great but since my wife was upgrading, I decided it was time I did, too. Love my new iPhone. Highly recommend it.

Took a few days to get used to the new tech, only thing that’s annoying is the way to close an app, sometimes it closes the app when ur simply trying to scroll up a page.

I don’t really comment on anything unless I genuinely mean it and I have to say I LOVE THIS PHONE! I bought my sister this one and have the yellow one myself and I am obsessed!!

Replaced my daughter's older iPhone with this newer version. Apple always provides superior products and increases the ease of use with each new product.

I originally bought the XR on Black Friday but it was a lemon! So I took it back and returned it like a breeze! The manager was so apologetic and ready to make everything right!
