I loved my old phone...then it finally died...this new updated phone has been very easy to learn how to use...very easy to set up new features like the face lock

iPhone XR has exceeded my expectations. And as always, so did the folks at Best Buy. Knowledgeable and friendly I will never go anywhere else. Natasha was superb!

This is what you expect from an iPhone... good quality product that is relatively expensive... I’d be in on an iPhone that was like half the size and maybe didn’t have all the features... but was smaller than ur hand and can fit discreetly in ur pocket!!!

Daughter loves this phone. She is a big fan of all Apple products but says this phone is the best she has had.

I bought it for my girlfriend as her Christmas present had to make an excuse I was buying a tv at Best Buy it was her surprise when I got her the iPhone XR.

Had the phone for over a year and had no issues. Took a while to get used to because of not having a home button but easy to adjust too

Had to get used to the no home button And swipe , the biggest issue is it is hard to hold on to it is so smooth it slips out of your hand and even slides off solid surfaces if not laying flat had it on a folded towel and it slid right off ,got a case for it to solve the problem

Apple - iPhone XR 64GB - Yellow (Sprint) - I love this phone, haven't even upgraded yet because I like it so much.

I was totally disgusted with Apple Store run around. Was going to buy another phone at BB. Was able to get the Apple XR at Best Buy without hassle.

Had a hard time deciding on this or the XS. Love that I can choose from colors and it's just as good as the XS.

First IOS phone. Change from Android went smooth. Battery life seems to be long (more than a full day). Build quality is high. Would recommend.

Great glass screen protector . Very easy to put on , directions are pretty straightforward . Screen touch is as normal . Love it y’all !

Really like the look and the feel of the case. It’s smooth on the back which gives a good feel and hard sides to protect those hits it it takes sometimes.

Best iPhone option out of the 3, includes same specs besides the OLED screen and resolution. But you won't even be able to tell while using the phone.

Overall a very good phone. Some of the applications could be a little easier to use especially for a newbie iPhone user. At first it is difficult to use but like anything else the more you use it the better it gets.i wold definitely recommend it to someone else.
