My resent phone purchase for my oldest is a great investment now days you need to have technology on hand and for security as well !!

Got this phone for my wife, Not only was it cheaper than my carrier but the insurance was cheaper as well. Why buy from your carrier???

Best Buy’s customer service is awesome. I hate the phone I chose and the wireless network provider. Don’t get Sprint or IPhone XR!

I’ve only had it for about a month but I’m happy with it so far. The only thing I miss is the headphone jack. I found $25 wireless earbuds that work well but I wish I could plug it into my aux cord in my older car.

I was skeptical about trading in my iPhone 7 Plus but after getting the XR made all of the regrets leave. I absolutely love my new phone!

We had very helpful staff and located the Jbl speakers quickly. The store had a wide range of models but unfortunately not additional colors. We purchased the available black but really wanted the blue or red. The sound is terrific and we really enjoy it.

Got this as a birthday present to myself. absolutely love everything about it. Although I wish I would have bought the yellow instead.

I love that the screen isn’t ultra sensitive so there aren’t any accidental calling or pressing buttons that you don’t mean to touch.

Phone is good but we were supposed to have 3 months of apply music free, we were not shown how to set up I have called numerous times, no one will help us, we have had the phone anoint now and still don’t have it. We are not happy with Best Buy

There is nothing wrong with the phone. It's a great phone, but change is hard for me so I miss some of the features from my last phone. I'm sure I'll get used to it and love it in the end - especially since I keep my phones for a long time.

I’ve had the iPhone since the iPhone 4. I just love the iPhones more than any other phone so easy to use and I love all the updates

Fastest phone upgrade experience that we have ever had. Best Buy had the phone on sale and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I went from as 4S to the XR. I am more than happy with this purchase. This phone is worth the purchase price with all that it does.

Easy to use once I got used to the new iOS and gestures needed to open close, etc. Paired with myApple Watch with no problems.

Son very satisfied with new phone with retina scan. No one else can pick up the phone and get into it. Zero chance of them copping the password over his shoulder. Sometimes can’t always hear clearly though but very minor and seldom noticed problem

The phone has a nice bright coral color and the upgrades on the iPhone takes a little getting use to, i.e. how to swipe the screen

I absolutely love this phone. It’s probably one of the best phones I have bought.
