Good combination between the X and the XS max, excellent screen and function without the cost of the bigger phone

I like the size because y not too large like max, and working good.

I traded my 7Plus for an XR. Love most of it, although I hoped the microphone would be much better. I would recommend.

We buy our new phones every two years here. This time the phone has not worked properly with the volume. It doesn’t make any noise ( most days) with calls or texts. We purchased the Best Buy plan so I went in to the geek squad. The guy called my phone while it was right in front of him and it didn’t ring and then “ missed call “ popped up. He said “wow it doesn’t seem to work but I ran a scan on it and because the scan doesn’t pick up anything I can replace it”. I canceled my plan that day. I also asked him if they the scan did show an issue and they had to replace it how long would that take? He said they would mail it in and I would be without a phone doe a week or more. So no. I will never get the BB warranty plan as it clearly is not good quality. I mean he called it and texted the phone and it never rang. I have been living with this for two years ans this June will be time for a new phone. I am hopeful

This was an upgrade from Iphone 7 and so far I am very pleased with the extra storage space, camera, and design.

Got a new phone for my husband. He likes it but it will take some time for him to get used to all the new features.

The iphones are much more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy with no additional benefits. I would stay with android.

This was a great way to upgrade the iPhone with Best Buy and avoid lease payments through the phone carrier.

Phone for my daughter. She loves the new version of the X as compared to her previous phone, the 8.

Had trouble with the sound speakers though. Still love Apple but their prices are too high

I like this phone. It’s affordable. I wish I had waited to purchase the iPhone 11, but this one is fine.

One time my dog slept on it. That was the end. The screen pixels never recovered. Still loved.

Only reason gave 4 stars cause have to get use to it. Though price could be a bit lower to sweetened its value
