Took 2 weeks to get to me, and they charge a $20 upgrade fee for Sprint, but don't include a Sim card in the phone. Had to pay Sprint for a Sim card and it took additional time to get that to finally activate the phone.

I had the iPhone 7. Jumped up to the 10R. I dig it.

So it’s a great phone because I’ve had android longer than planned, and I hated it. But this phone is a little glitchy. Freezes a lot, apps kick me out. Battery doesn’t hold. But it’s apple and makes me happy. The layout is awesome, simple to use.

I love iPhones but sprint overall the service is bad. I guess you pay for what you get. I’ve never had issues with iPhones but with sprint the service is lot only bad but the phone itself is not the same quality as a Verizon or At&T

The phone itself is fine but I can’t figure out how to read maps while driving.It doesn’t recognize names from my previous contacts list. It won’t connect to the internet. And, it video records in my pocket a lot.

I have been to the Apple Store twice since purchasing the phone. it has had a number of problems. Even the Genius Bar technician stated “GOD KNOWS HOW ALL THIS HAPPENS”. I’m now left with working with an Apple care person over the phone Since the problems are outside the scope of an Apple Genius Bar technicians abilities. In addition the phone number that I was assigned receives a large number of unknown calls most of the calls once you pick up the phone they will hang up on you. I thought I was purchasing a new product not a grade B refurbished product. I would not recommend this product to a friend at this time.

It’s a nice phone It’s a little thick to me. I bought it because of the price, but I exchanged it for the max. Again I do think it’s a good phone

I have been a faithful iPhone user for years. I would have liked to have seen more upgrades but I am happy with the overall performance of the phone.

It did the job. It’s your typical iPhone product. The iPhone worked well for a phone but it had issues after several months.

Apple phones are very overpriced for what you get. Passed on the XS and XS Max as they command a premium for slight improvements over the XR.

My daughter's phone . I don't like iPhones but she does. She is happy with it.

Decent phone but overpriced. Stuck having to use iPhone for now but will switch to Galaxy my next purchase.

I've always been an Android user & not liking the iPhone platform. I don't feel it's yst friendly.

I love the phone and all the new features but the only thing that I do not like is that is to big.

Poor quality glass on the iphone XR. All the years I have owned iphones (or any phone for that matter) I have never had a scratch, a ding or a nick anywhere on it. Within a week of owning my new XR it showed up with a deep scratch right across the round picture if you have messages up and are sending one. It was obviously too big to fit into any safe area in my car and it slid between the seat on the passenger side while I was driving. That had to be when the scratch happened, even though there was nothing I could see that would have scratched it. I never drop it and I am extremely careful at all times with my phone. I'm very disappointed and frustrated in the quality of the glass that they are manufacturing the iPhone XR with. I am stuck now for years with this scratched up phone in a place where it is hard to see through the scratch.

Battery seems to run down faster than I expected. But still meets my standards so far

Take long to charge.Dont last long when fully charged.My daughter love the phone.

Much prefer the fingerprint button than the face recognition. Too much screw swiping

apple needs to step up their game they are having connectivity issues with all iphones
