Not the greatest phone, maybe best for apple but not in general. Lots of lacked specs

I like the phone but jumping from the iphone7 it doesn’t have many more features

Works like your normal iPhone but this one fades in and out while talking on the phone.

My wife likes the phone, except she’s having trouble linking it to her SYNC in her car.

It was purchased for my teenage daughter whose favorite color is red & she loves it

I have multiple phones with multiple services and in my opinion I think that Sprint has the worst sound clarity but the phone itself works good of course. I’m regretting signing with Sprint. A mistake I’ll be paying for unfortunately.

This is my first phone purchase in 10 years. Functionality for the typical user not greater than an iPhone 8 or 7, which is what my job issues. I enjoy the facial recognition, but I cannot justify the price for this feature.

My phone is not getting text messages consistently and th call quality is spotty. I didn’t change carriers, just upgraded my phone. The nice camera isn’t worth the inconsistency in internet and call quality.

This is a pitiful excuse of an iPhone Tim Cook is running this company into the ground.Apple has never had to give away its product ever before this year ! Way to go Mr Cook Steve is spinning in his grave !

Not impressed at all camera takes great pics but doesn't do a lot of things my other phones have done and very pricey not much bang for the buck

the network was unbearably slow, OMG Sprint! my gosh i live in a college town and one would think the signal strength would be more then 1 or 2 bars. speeds? ridiculously slow @ 4-7 M/bps down and a mere .35 M/bps up! steer clear of Sprint, there were many times as well i received a banner notify that 'no network was detected', try again. As for the iPhone XR? i didn't fall in love with it, and that suggests to me its not worth the price tag. based on my network issues, iPhone XR was returned, and account with Sprint was cancelled.

Not happy with the camera quality on the phone, also the face recognition says it’s been disabled now I have to take my phone to an apple store so The issue can be resolved

The sound quality is poor and jumpy responsiveness. The iphone 8 so far has been the best, with the iphone X in second place. It is also too delicate with glass everywhere.
