I've been an Android user from the beginning. However my iPhone friends have had their phones longer with less issues. I've been waiting for Apple to put out something I really like. This phone, with these features, at this price unlocked was the nail on the coffin for me. Super responsive, FaceID is better than my Samsung fingerprint was, and this battery is phenomenal! Days I don't use my phone heavy I can go 2 days on a charge. Don't believe the hype about the XS screen being so much better. This XR looks great. I came from an OLED screen and this is just as nice.

This phone is great. Impressive size & the screen looks amazing. It may not be as high Rez as the XS, but I think only tech savvy people would notice. I’ve seen both & it’s not that much of a difference to me. It also finally fixes the legacy issue of the mono sound of iPhones, with Apple only putting sound out of one end up until now. Now the sound seems to come from the ear speaker as well, finally creating true stereo sound. The sound is great now. The screen is super smooth & responsive, combined with the large size, finger typing is very easy. Powerful processing makes for very fast speed & smoothness when operating

I'm a former Samsung user, but love my new XR's appearance and features. The phone sound is great as is the clarity of the screen and the battery life. The size is perfect for me, with easy to use icons and bright screen. I thought I'd miss the home button, but the swipe works fine and though there's a bit of a learning curve with some of the apps, so far, I'm pleased. And the camera is fine for my uses. There are more expensive models, but this one fits in my pocket, but is large enough for me to work with.

I have been an iPhone user for years. My latest, an iPhone 6S, had served me well; however, I always had a problem with battery life. So I upgraded to the iPhone XR. I love the phone. Overall size is a bit larger than the 6S. Screen size greatly improved. I quickly adjusted to having no home button, simply swipe up from bottom. Face recognition works well to replace fingerprint, and it works whether or not I’m wearing glasses. It is easier to use too. Photos great. I’m well satisfied with the purchase! If you are an iPhone user looking to upgrade, XR is a great choice.

I walked into Best Buy with the intention of upgrading from a 6s Plus to the 8 Plus. So glad I went with this phone! It didn’t cost much more than the 8 Plus and has so many features, which I am still learning. I didn’t realize they came out the same day as I went into the store which was just several days ago. This phone is just more affordable than the XS or XS Max. It’s different with no home button and swiping up to get my apps and such, but really it didn’t take me long to get used to it. I just love the Face ID as well. I did use the Passcode at times on the 6s Plus, but it wasn’t always convenient to do that. Now I just look at my phone, and I can keep Face ID on all the time. Love the color blue as well, and have it in a clear case to show it off. The battery lasts longer that my old phone too, which is a big plus. I haven’t gotten into the portraits mode of the photos as yet. There is just so much to learn!

This is a great phone for those who like iPhones, or it's a great choice if you are thinking of switching from Android. Personally I don't need or want more storage space on a phone. I upload my pictures to google photos often so I don't need them stored on my device. This iPhone has pretty much all the same features and functions of the more expensive Xs and Xs Max with a cost savings of $250 minimum. I have had several iPhones but my phone for the past year was a Samsung Galaxy S8. Going from an OLED to an LCD I honestly don't notice a difference on a screen this small, although the screen is quite large for a phone! Also you don't really need the 2nd rear camera since you can still do portrait mode without it and who really takes telephoto pictures with a phone? So far I am extremely happy with this phone and it was super easy to pick up the new gestures since it doesn't have a home button. Also I was skeptical about face ID but so far it has worked really well and hasn't been an issue really.

I have used this phone for a month and very pleased for three specific reasons. First, the battery life is superior to my former iPhones 6S and 5. I have plenty of battery for email, Internet, and GPS throughout the day, plus a few phone calls. I find no need to recharge during the day. Second, I was nervous about giving up the home button but after a few days I saw how much easier it is to navigate without it and my preference is strongly with the iPhone XR approach. Third, facial recognition works great and is faster and easier than fingerprint recognition. And I still have the option to use a 6 digit passcode. Finally, I’m very pleased with the LCD screen and cameras. The XR is bigger than my 6S, which makes it easier to view although the trade off is a phone that takes up more space but still fits into my pocket with a slim Speck Presidio clear case and Zagg glass protection. In sum, it is the best iPhone that I have owned.

Very comfortable size in hand with larger screen & clear definition on screen. Face ID & faster processors make for a satisfying device experience. I personally like the XR Camera better than 7 Plus - very easy to use & much better backlight performance. Couldn’t find the settings on the 7 Plus (colors washed out) to get beautiful Sunrise colors, NOW VERY EASY... I have several AWESOME MEMORY SHOTS already!

I bought this phone for my wife and she loves it. The size is perfect for her, not too small and not too big. The features are all very nice. The phone has held up well and is super fast. The pictures she takes with this phone comes out really nice. Overall, she's having a good experience with it. The technology is great.

This phone has everything I need. A nice colorful screen, long battery life, good camera, and good speed. Since I smaller hands I also like that I can slide the keyboard to the left or right, which enables me to type with one hand.

Honestly, I don’t care about technology and the latest gadgets. My iPhone died after 4 years so I had to get a new one. I got this and it’s amazing. It’s so intuitive, easy to use, and I don’t miss the home button at all. Plus having the extra screen space is nice and the camera and speaker are both outstanding. And the storage!!

I got this after slightly more than 3 years with an iPhone SE that was starting to show its age by running more slowly and struggling more with battery life. The iPhone XR is a phone worth the hefty price. The battery on this phone is exceptional, it easily holds up over tons of usage on demanding apps such as Twitter. But it isn't just a durable device in terms of battery life. The hardware stands on its own as an excellent selling point. The A12 processor blazes through most apps and tasks, and talking to Siri feels fast and fluid, which could not generally be said in regards to previous iPhones. And Face ID, while not perfect, works around 90-95% of the time and certainly works more reliably than Touch ID ever did for me.

I turned in my 7+ for this phone and am SOOO happy with it! The full screen is as big, yet the actual phone is smaller and more manageable. It was easy to adjust to the lack of home button, the camera is amazing and the whole product is very user friendly.

Phones are crazy costly - sure they are indispensable and we let these gizmos have the most impact on our life of any inanimate object we purchase - but $1000.00 and up for a smart phone? Ouch. The iPhone XR is the best value of the entire iPhoneX lineup. Why? Well. It’s fast - the chip set up is every bit as capable as anything out there. Sure not AMOLED screen but it’s still gorgeous and colors are sharp. The 128gig hits the sweet spot - after all 256gig is a bit of overkill. Colors are fun and gives some extra personalization and starting at $799 WITH THE POSSIBILITY to save $10O, $150 or more makes this a terrific buy. Finally there’s the Apple quality. Tops. Sure I wish Apple didn’t restrict so much (ah - that’s the allure of android) but flip side updates are handled well and the experience is always what you expect. Great product and one you will enjoy.

I upgraded from an Iphone 7 after I dropped my phone and it shattered-my fault since I did not have it in the protective case. This phone is bigger but it fits comfortably in my hand. The graphics are very sharp and clear and a huge improvement from the 7. The speakers put out robust sound when playing my music. It sounds 4 times as loud to my ear. The A-12 processor is lightning fast and the facial ID works well. THe phone is easy to use and I do not miss the home button. The display is so much larger than my old phone. It really is an amazing smart phone. All of my apps ported over with no glitches. I purchased the otter box and a screen protector, having duly learned my lesson the hard way.

Upgrade from iPhone 6. Originally going for iPhone 8 but deal offered on iPhone XR made it very appealing. Very happy with battery life and speed. Camera is great too. Only wish it was a little lighter and size was a little smaller. Not as easily carried but small price to pay for all the amazing features.

As expected, the phone is meeting all of my needs. I am really enjoying the slightly larger size. It is easier to read on the phone. The speed is very snappy and the Face ID is awesome. I would recommend the iPhone XR to everyone!

I upgraded to the IPhone XR from an IPhone 5, it was a much needed upgrade. I did a fair amount of research on various phones, both Android and IPhone in order to decide which would be the best phone for me. I decided to purchase the IPhone XR, and I have been extremely happy with it. The camera quality is fantastic, all of the modes are great, and portrait mode is phenomenal. I am particularly happy with the quality of photos taken at night. The screen size is perfect. The color of the phone is beautiful and modern. And, best of all, the battery life is insane. Although it takes a fair amount of time to charge, the battery will last for several days even with fair amount of use each day. If you are considering upgrading, I would highly recommend this phone.

I moved from the iphone 6 to the XR because I did not want to pay the price of the Xs. Glad I did. The phone is easy to handle very responsive and the speed is great. I thought moving to this phone would be a big adjustment, size wise, but with the full screen Apple was able to make a bigger screen without increasing the phone size very much. Also, impressed with the camera

So I started with an iPhone 5 and have had a 6 Plus and most recently an 8. This one has a beautiful screen, long battery life, takes great pictures, and is fast; really fast. If you want two cameras and an OLED screen opt for the iPhone XS but for the price, the XR is a winner.
