Coming from an iPhone7, the iPhoneXR is a different world. Sound is much better and wireless is much faster. I have 1000MB internet and on the iphone7, i typically get 300MBps to 350MBps. With the better design and chip on the iPhoneXR, I get 400MBps to 450MBps. Screen is bigger and the magnetic charging is a plus (back to my Palm Pre days).

I "upgraded" from the iPhone X to this model. The design of the phone is as aesthetically pleasing as Apple usually is and the red edition really stands out. I have noticed greatly improved battery life in this model than what I had in my X. The screen resolution is not as good but in a small phone screen the difference really doesn't matter.

I had to get this phone in a pinch. As far as value for a new iPhone it was the best I could do and BB had the best pricing for an outright purchase at the time. As for the iPhone XR - there's a learning curve - which I expect to continue for some time. The increase in phone size will take some time to adjust to and required some additional purchases. Performance is significantly faster than my iPhone 7. Purchasing from Best But did not work online so I had to complete the entire transaction at the store. That was the best Best Buy phone purchasing experience I've had in years, fast, straight forward, no pressure to upsell and everyone involved KNEW what they were doing and fully attentive to the customer -which is how it should be.
