I went from an iPhone 6 to the iPhone XR and what a huge difference! The technology is amazing. However, the phone is very pretty with all the color choices, the weight is hefty. My wrist gets very tired holding on to it.

Upgraded from iPhone 6. Easy transition with so many options and large memory. Recommend to anyone needing an upgrade. BB had $100 rebate too

Bought two phones. This one has been glitching. It goes black. Took it in on day 14 was told the update fixes the issue. No. It doesn’t. Now will have to deal with Apple.

It's an iPhone. Expect everything but still short of Samsung. Kids love iPhones, so they get what they get. It does what it's supposed to do. Took longer to setup than Samsung, even when we backed up iTunes beforehand. Just not as simple to use or advanced in features as Samsung

I am surprised this XR wasn't better thought out user-wise. No way to directly view battery % at a glance. Still no "back" button to return to previous screen (software only) or a spot at bottom of screen like on Android. Really irritating to try to turn off screen with one hand without accidentally pushing down-volume key on opposite side of device. Get ready to delete lots of accidental screenshots. No earbud jack; uses charging port.

Currently have a iPhone 8 and my battery wouldn’t hold a charge for very long. So far the new I phone is working great

Love this phone. Very inexpensive and does everything I need it to do. If there’s ever a deal for the XR, definitely go get one.

Held off updating for a while - waiting to be sure the X was a good product. Glad I did. Very happy with purchase - product and service.
