    to Apple Store and they have to restart by doing that lost lots of data. To me this top rated phone dies after paying top dollar and to protect have to buy Apple care which should be no charge

    This phone is working great, but getting it set up and transferring the information from my old phone was a hassle. Lots of frustration and hours of time spent on that task. Not the phones fault but Apple needs a better way to get this accomplished.
