Nice phone guys at Best Buy rock so easy to purchase and apple quality and performance

Bought for son and he prefers the iPhone to the galaxy phones hands down.

Con: to large to use with one hand(female) Pro: portrait mode Works great in the right environment

Overall a very nice phone. The camera doesn't appear to produce photos as "sharp" as my Samsung Galaxy 8.

Good coverage at a good price. You can never go wrong with protecting the screen.

Attractive hardware. Easy to carry by hand. Wasn’t expecting it to run slow while downloading apps. It randomly kicks off my Bluetooth. Not going to compare it to my previous iPhone. Took advantage of the upgrade and decided on this model so my monthly wouldn’t hurt my bank account so much.

Good overall value for an iPhone! Has good features and has a slim design.

We actually only got this phone because it was cheaper than my moms current iPhone 8. Good buy overall.

I was wanting to update my old iPhone 6s with the new iPhone XR - I researched both new models and found this would fit my needs. I had a great transaction at Bestbuy - but the phone itself was a nightmare. From the beginning it was a pain to get all my apps and info transferred over to the new phone - then on every single call I made I was awful phone quality and dropped calls. checked with my carrier and it was not due to poor reception. I updated everything apple that I Own so that I would be running the most up to date version of all softwares - and it did not make a difference. I researched the phone quality issues I was having and found tons of related articles and message forums that people were having the same problem with this model phone and even after trading it in and getting a new one. I decided not to bother with the hassle and just go back to the iPhone 6s which is working fine -minus my quickly draining battery (thank you apple) I feel like a phone that costs as much as the ones do there shouldn't be such poor call quality and I shouldn't have to "put a piece of tape over the receiver" as one message forum suggested. I guess I will wait till a new one comes out probably in a few months LOL

had some trouble getting the phone I wanted in the color I requested. eventually got it all worked out

Phone has some great features but also needs improvement. Battery gets very hot when multitasking.

I clicked to review this phone and ended up incorrectly reviewing a video. Best Buy worked hard to help me with my phone, but Verizon screwed up everything on their end. The phone is good but screen sensitivity is annoying. Apple should never have omitted the fingerprint recognition on/off button like on the series 7 &8 phones, because I don't want to use facial recognition.

Wish the volume would go louder for ringtone and voice conversation otherwise it’s been a good phone so far
