Some times slow or hard to operate with touch but overall a nice phone

I “upgraded” my 6s to the XR. I hate this phone and missed the 14-day return window. It’s very heavy and is constantly falling out of the vehicle mount while driving. The screen is outdated technology from the iPhone 4 - the sales rep told me it was inferior and I should have listened. It isn’t very responsive to touch. The sound turns itself off and on, and none of the settings will fix it. I have to restart the phone, which works inconsistently to restore alert sounds. I miss a lot of calls and texts. I hate it so much, I’m considering eating the cost and getting something else. I might be done with iPhone. Pick something else besides the XR.

So far so good. Phone seems to be operating as advertised.
