I bought the Iphone XR, works great, fun, fun, fun!

Went from Android to IOS. Major problems. “OK now”

For the price it should be able to cook me dinner.

Best Buy is the best for Verizon plans and phones.

This was a difficult transaction - ordered on a Friday, 8/16 for pick up and set up 8.21 at store - something amiss about the order - had to reorder the 21 - Fed Ex came 8/22, I wasn't home so went to Worcester for pickup 8/23 - Wilfredo set up that afternoon - he was very patient with me, but kept watching his watch and the customer line - I felt I took up his time. When I got home - couldn't get email. Had to go to Verizon for help with email set up. Just taking a week to purchase a phone, let alone the time it took to get the error corrected, (I was in the store about an hour) was disappointing - your staff was very courteous which helped.

It’s a good phone but I feel I think apple really needs to try to step up their game with innovation on features that people actually use in a daily basis. It does make calls and texts so it’s a good phone. Hope the battery last this time

After about 3 weeks this phone started pocket dialing, even while locked. It even does it while I'm just holding the phone in my hand. I have to power off the phone in order to get it to stop. There are times when I dial a number in order to save it to my contacts later, and when I go to save it, those numbers wouldn't be in the call log at all. While talking, I get complaints of muffled tones or just not being heard while talking. I even put it on speaker, or the headset that comes with it, and it's the same result. Also, there is no sound for notifications for text or voice messages. This phone costs too much to have all of these issues.

I went from a 5SE to this phone. The touch screen isn’t as good and it’s too big to type with one hand. I have yet to find the short cuts, so I have to adjust everything through the settings. It’s a decent phone, but not great.

Ok, so I was told by Apple the screens are more durable and more scratch resistant. Funny, my second day having it in my empty pocket the screen was scratch. So now I have to go through Apple to see if it can be repaired.

I liked the phone. But I return it. Because it was to big for my hands. So I got the 10. It’s smaller but l love it. And they didn’t charge me to return it So I love I didn’t have to pay extra

Phone is great, but had issues activating. Sim card was bad had to take it to Verizon to get new sim card. This is the second time purchasing phone from Best buy, withe the same issue.

If you deciding between this and a newer version thats only 100 dollars or a few 100 dollars more, go with the newer more expensive version. You will thank yourself later.

I like my phone, I just wish I had live wallpaper in it and also says I have full service and it isn’t connected it tells me. Other than that I like the phone, color and other effects it has.

I have always had Android phones. Everyone says how great IPhone are so I decided to switch. Never again, in fact I am thinking about returning it.

There have been many times when I have tried to turn the phone screen off and I accidentally hit the volume buttons or take a screen shot.Apple needs to rethink when the buttons are located

I love the color if the blue but.... this model is just too wide for my hand. I should’ve gotten the XS. The only way to adjust is to set the left or right handed keyboard. Still annoying ...
