I’ve had so many glitches ever since I got this phone. I may have a defective device, but I definitely will be gravitating away from Apple in the future. Disappointed :/

the sales clerk told us that this is a good first smart phone because it is so easy to use. Not exactly true. It has been very challenging to learn all the stuff it does.

Just purchaced a new Iphone for my 17 year old daughter. Phone is not working properly, screen goes black. She is leaving to go out of town TOMORROW, 7 hours away and needs a good working phone. No one at Best Buy can help us today, Very dissatisfying as a loyal Best Buy customer. To me this is no customer service. Cannot even get anyone on the phone to talk to.

This is a nice phone, but it drops a lot of incoming and outgoing calls. I’ve been told by others who own one that it’s a glitch with this model iphone

I bought this as a surprise gift for my wife. She returned it and bought the larger Iphone. While she never used the phone,she did love the color of it.

It’s an IPhone. It’s what you excpect. But the problem is the screen compared to the iPhone X is extremely bad, not bright at all no color.

I got this phone for my son, his 1st. It was his birthday gift. He is happy with it of course, but I wish I would of stuck with an Android. They are so user friendly.

This phone doesn't have all the bells and whistles my old iphone had but at current prices I couldn't get that level again.

Typical apple product. Solid but nothing amazing. Samsung is better but this is adequate.

Prefer the home button, overall the phone is ok. But not as great as I was hoping for.

I returned this after two days its missing too many functionalities for me and simple task requires way too much time. I need to schedule messages, be able to send group messages that don't send copy everyone in one thread. Its many others it was a no for me. It was a huge downgrade and I was swapping out a galaxy 6 and I had more functionality.

It turns off by it self and the screen is all white when I try to see my pics

I like the phone, but my hands are small so it’s hard to hold in one hand, but I figured it out

This phone freezes a lot. It also needs to be rebooted often because of calls failed. Disappointed in this product.

Nothing special at all. Would not recommend. But neither would dissuade anyone from buying.
