Nice phone, just realized that I’m not a fan of the LCD... the OLED acalla my ñame.

Other than screen protector being cracked the phone works great

This phone made me decide to switch to a Samsung phone.

Nothing spectacular. An apple phone is an apple phone.

Purchased this phone for an employee for Xmas. It has been dropping calls since I gave it to him. He has taken it in to Verizon (our carrier) for assistance and have done all the updates. A number of us have looked at it to no avail. It seems to be a lemon or has a glitch that is not fixable. Will be taking it to Best Buy to have them determine the issue. So...out of the box...it has not worked. And I have purchased many Apple phones! (maybe 20?) This has been the only one causing me a problem. In general, I like I Phones, just not this one.

In general the going bad after 6-7 months . Don’t worth the money

It is an average iPhone, which was very expensive.

Upgrade from the 6s basic upgrade to an i phone basic model

Needed to upgrade anyway so purchased what was affordable.

It was the perfect phonw for me and it was just what i wanted

It was awesome, until the screen stopped responding at just 1 month old. The hassle to get it replaced, really frustrating. Talking to so many tech people, telling me to repeat the steps I'd already tried. Wasted so many hours.

Does everything I need at the moment but sometimes freezes

So far the battery life on this phone has far exceeded my expectations. You can probably go a good day in a 1/2 (maybe longer) on one charge. The phone seems a bit heavy at first but you get used to it. Despite the screen being LCD, it still looks very good. I played the same video on the XR screen and the XS screen side by side and there was only a slight difference. I like OLED displays but would prefer LCD if it's going to give me a longer lasting battery. The phone is very zippy and smooth. I switched over from being a longtime android user and I'm enjoying the Iphone so far. I was worried about not having expandable storage but you can easily back up your photos to Google Photos or Apple Icloud if you want. You can also back up pictures and videos to an external flash drive that's made for Iphones. Also, Messenger is great on the iphone and Facetime is very cool. Tried out group facetime and it worked flawlessly.

Decent phone for the price. Wish I can plug in my speakers.

I bought this phone for the wife .I am not at all impressed with apple products so therefore i cant leave a good review...It seems like apple is way behind samsung products maybe one day they can catch up

Terrible product. Fill like I have been lied to and cheated by the battery life of phone. I have been a loyal customer to Best Buy. I purchased the top IPhone $1,150.00.

Nothing new. The phone's design and features are pretty much the same as an 4 year old phone. I bought it for my 10 year old daughter. When she gets a little older, I'll get her a rich feature phone (Android).
