It was time for a new iPhone. I preordered the XR and picked it up a week later. I've had it just four days but so far I absolutely am loving this phone. The face id is so cool and operating the phone is very easy. It's larger then my old phone and heavier but still comfortable to hold and carry. One item worth noting is there were a few apps that were hung up showing "loading" because of their size they would not load without using wi fi. I decided I didn't want them and deleted them. I recommend getting a glass screen cover and a sturdy case since I understand the repair cost is incredibly expensive.

Within approximately five minutes the clarity to someone on the other end fades in and out. Calendar doesn’t compare to Samsung or Google app. Went to Best Buy with my concerns and was told to try for a few days more. Three days later I went in to exchange. Was told I was a day late and could not exchange. My rating for This store (Kildeer) is a 1 as well!

This phone keeps dropping calls. I took it back to the store four times in the first month ( I live 70 miles away). They kept telling me they updated, they reset and whatever it took. If you get three calls in a row you are lucky.

I switched over from the X to the Xr. Quickly switched back. Only thing good about the phone is it’s size.

I love this new iPhone XR 128 GB in white. For the past five years, I had been using the iPhone 5s. We looked at models from the 7 to XS, but never felt excited enough to get one. When the XR was released, I was excited for such a nice phone at a good price. The phone feels fast, takes great pictures and videos, and has a nice fit in my hands. FaceID seems to work pretty well. And the battery life has been outstanding. I was just at a national park for a week, and only had to recharge every other day. Based on my experience thus far, I would highly recommend this phone to anyone looking to upgrade from an iPhone 5 to 8, or anyone who doesn’t care about OLED and doesn’t need optical zoom on their phone.

To heavy not happy with this phone wish I could return and get a smaller iPhone

I upgraded from 6s to xr. The phone overall is good. The camera is awful almost unusable. Apple has to fix this.

Believe it or not, I upgraded from an iPhone X. The truth is, the screen is great. Yeah you don’t have the true blacks of an amoled display. But the colors are excellent. Also, I don’t miss the extra pixel density because the screen isn’t 5 inches away from my face. My favorite part? The battery life. My iPhone X battery lasted about 7 or 8 hours with normal use. Now I’m getting 24+ hours with no issues. I don’t have to constantly be connected to a charger. The camera doesn’t have the zoom, which is disappointing. But the photos are actually coming out quite amazing. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this phone for my daughter who had repeated problems that she never had with any other Apple phone she ever had. We finally took the phone into Best Buy for a replacement but the new one did the same thing. She finally got another make & model phone used on Ebay used which she is very happy with.

great phone, ice style, feels good in the hand...solid construction

I recently upgraded to the iPhone XR from the SE. I thought I was going to have a had time adjusting to a bigger phone with no home button, but within a couple hours it felt like I had the phone for weeks. The battery life is so much better; I can go all day without charging my phone! (which I couldn’t do with the SE as it basically ran out of battery every 5 hours or so). If you’re considering this phone over the XS models, I’d say go with this one. Sure, you won’t have two cameras or OLED, but the screen looks awesome and the camera is still awesome; plus you still have the same processing power as the XS models. Overall, a great phone and I love the color choices!

I bought mine about 2 years ago in the Black color with 64 GB of memory. Big, edge to edge display makes watching videos and writing emails easy. Face ID works well and is very secure. Camera is decent though it does lack the wide angle lenses and telephoto lenses of newer models. Processor is blazing fast and can handle just about everything you throw at it even 2 years later. Battery hold up all day no problem. It’s a reliable phone that will go the distance provided you take care of it. You take care of it, it’ll take care of you.

I purchased this phone for my mom and when she is talking to someone, her voice is so distorted that you can not understand anything she is saying. You could hear what she was saying on her old phone but this one is horrible!

They claim the first month of service is free , then you get a bill in the mail for the service they claimed was free... and they dont even give you the full month. They bill you 23 days later.

This phone is not worth it. This is a scaled up iPhone 7 that has limited functionality for its year. You can buy a better phone, let alone iPhone, than this.

It’s ok not what I expected iPhone XR really don’t offer not much jus a regular iPhone my 8plus looked bette than this

The Bluetooth on this phone drops calls and will not work with the navigation system

Since I saw this phone it remained me to the iPhone 5c and it was my first iPhone so I wanted to get one really bad I think right now the prices are affordable and I do have to say the device is worth it because of the camera, the screen and the chip it had makes life easy and helps you to manage everything from there starting from social media to medical remainders I really love the device and the colors they have

Lowest plan is 70! Which you much have on the phone you can’t pick a non-unlimited plan. On top of that the 30 for the phone.
