I upgraded from an iPhone 5 -- so that says everything. I kept my phone for years until it would no longer hold a charge for a day. This phone -- I have had for 1 1/2 years now, is awesome. Since I jumped ahead so many versions, I can't compare it the same. The XR is easy to use, has a fantastic camera and holds a charge for days. My favorite feature is Face ID. If you agree, you can use it to log into many apps. For example, banking app. I love not having to enter my password for everything. PS. Your Face ID does not work if you are wearing a mask -- HAHA.

Purchased this phone because I needed a new phone, had iPhone 7plus and this phone is very similar in size to a plus. And not as expensive as a ten max. “Hey Siri” feature was not working, happened to be bu Best Buy and my sales person was able to fix it. Issues was with how I set up the phone. So before complaining about the phone check what you as a user is doing wrong.

I bought this phone for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. I have looked at it and have tried it out. Everything about it is so cool. The only thing she was sad about was the no fingerprint scanner to unlock the phone. Instead it has face recognition. Which to me is pretty cool.

Upgraded from 6S. Used iCloud backup to load new phone - worked quite well. Only issue(s) I’ve had is interface with Watch4 - mainly related to messaging. Got great support from Apple. Takes a little while to get used to - but well worth it.

This phone is great. Also it comes at a cheaper price then the X and XS. Features are almost the same besides from the screens and the camera which I won’t get into detail but if you want a new iPhone for cheaper this is the one.

I spent months "reviewing" i phone X rumored development. The phone is worth the wait. ( I bought an Xr). It is a very user friendly device - very well executed product design in every aspect. Nothing bad to say here.

After switching from a 6 sorry all I just couldn’t find a reason to switch because it was not broken but alas I did and I went with a Samsung don’t worry it only lasted two days. I needed an iPhone. I lOVE it.

Great service. Mo and McKenzie went way above and beyond to help us. They were very nice and friendly, we could not of asked for 2 nicer people to wait on my son and I. Our son loves his new phone.

I love my Apple Ten R phone. It's great technology, and a few hundred dollars less than the other iPhone X units. I hope it lasts; it's a good phone that I intend to keep for years.

If you like your I Pod you will love this I Phone. It is easy to use, lots of perks. Good camera and large screen. This is my first smart phone and find it convenient to use.

My wife loves the phone. Super fast for texting, internet surfing, email and playing games. Has a lot of great features. She also loves the facial recognition feature.

Colors are amazing and it provides the quality of an iPhone X, even an XS for a lot cheaper. Nothing to complain of with this price compared to its more “modern” models

iPhone X has an awesome facial identifier. It is different from other iPhones in that it does not have a middle button but it is still easy to navigate and get use to

I really like this new phone. Upgraded from a 6S to the 10XR. Slowly getting used to the newer features; but works great. Camera is great and it's easy to use.

Clarity of screen / resolution is amazing! I like the lack of a home button, but it does take some getting used to. Price point is right too for a lot of phone!

This is worth every penny. We all know the iPhone of 2019 is coming soon. I am going to get my full payment from this thick phone before the new one comes out!

This phone has about the same features as the iPhone 10, and the iPhone 8 or 7 iPhone with the exception that the cover for iPhone 7 is not glass
