No protection
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went straight to BB from Cellular carrier after purchasing my new iPhone 10 to purchase an Apple case cover. Within 30 days the back of my iPhone was shattered, not cracked shattered, not the screen, but the back of the phone. Don’t have any recollection of having actually dropped the phone and have no explanation for what caused the damage; except I am not hard on a phone, and have never even had a shattered screen in the past. Talking with Apple now, scheduled an appointment for an authorized Apple service dealer but this cover offered no protection in my opinion.

She hates it. Cool looking, but super glossy and easily slides off any cloth surface you lay it on. Unfortunately, there are very few cases for the xr. I wish I had bought her a different phone!

Case cracked within a few months

The case cracked along the speaker and lightning plug area which can be typical of many of these cases. However, I had hoped that by purchasing an Apple branded product the quality would be much better...alas, it was not.

cheap plastic

I thought at least the sides would be more protected. Not worth $50. Not even worth $20. Really cheap thin plastic case. Returned right away. Was a waste of time!

felt like I was going to break phone taking off

It also leaves big contact marks when it was on the phone, almost like there was water in between the phone and the case.
