This is the first time I purchased a current iPhone model. In the past I always buy the previous model. I am very content with the features, size the design of this phone. I recommend.

I upgraded my iPhone 6 plus to the XS this year and I am very pleased with the performance. The battery life is much longer, the screen is brighter and the facial recognition is convenient.

I thought I would miss that home button and finger print sensor, but no. Face ID works great, it opens up with a glance. Camera & photo functionality is light years ahead the 6.

It's The perfect size for fitting in my pocket and purse. I love the updates, and the pictures come out great. I would recommend this phone to anyone who is looking to get an upgrade.

This phone is the perfect size for my small hands. It has a really great camera. I recently went to New York and I took great pictures of the city. I highly recommend this phone!

Coming from a 6S, the battery life is much improved. Screen looks great, and I love the Face ID. Although not cheap, it was worth the upgrade, and the extra space was needed by my wife.

I had a difficult time adjusting to not having a home button initially (coming from having the iPhone 7), but I love the facial recognition. Camera quality and screen clarity is A+.

The phone is light and fast. It’s different from the previous iPhone models, but I like it. It’s easy to use and looks nice. Although it is a bit pricey, the camera quality is awesome.

Haven’t used all the features on this phone yet but it seems to process quicker than old phone. Battery life has been better than old phone. I’ve only charged it 3 times in the past week.

Was looking for an upgrade for my IPhone SE. Still wanted a small phone that could fit in my pocket but with all the latest features and lots of memory. Love this new IPhone XS!

Apple did it again! The Xs is a nice upgrade from my iPhone 7. Screen is big enough that I didn’t need to get the Xs plus, live the portrait picture filter. Camera overall is very nice.

There are so many cool features to this phone! The camera is outstanding and takes beautiful pictures! The facial recognition is so convenient and picks up at almost any angle.

I was so afraid of losing the home button amongst other things and now I could say that I hated the home button all along and never knew it. I own two phones so I now have the iPhone xs max and an iPhone 7 Plus and now I’m hating the 7 plus because I’m so in love with the XS max. Has awesome FaceTime features, the anamojis are a blast, I can answer FaceTime in comic book mode and I don’t have to look my best it’s the coolest thing. I’m getting ready to get rid of my 7 plus now because the xs max is their best phone yet!!!

I’ve had a Samsung Galaxy for the longest time. I feel like I just joined the 21st century. Phone works amazingly fast, great camera and connectivity.

As a loyal apple user, this phone does not disappoint. The camera quality is far better than my 7 plus was capable of and I love that the screen is bigger, yet the phone is smaller.

Very pleased with my new iPhone Xs. I had my 6 plus for nearly 4 years and it was a solid phone. Glad I finally did it as the Xs takes incredible pictures and the speed is awesome.

Previous phone was a 6S so loving that the XS is so much faster! The only thing I don’t like is face recognition. The thumbprint worked so much better. Face recognition is about 50% at best. I’ve deleted and added my face multiple times but nothing seems to improve its efficacy. I’ve had to change my passwords on bank and credit cards multiple times due to too many attempts to sign on - super frustrating!! I wish they would bring back the thumbprint !

I was leary to switch from my old iPhone 6 because the home button was gone....not a problem at all. The Face ID is a nice feature too...plus the camera is fabulous!
