I went from an iPhone 6s to the new XS and wow what a difference. Went in store for the upgrade, everything went smooth. Had the phone 2 weeks and no complaints

I was reluctant to upgrade my iPhone 6. Finally did. And glad. But I wish Apple would give a smaller iPhone like the Old SE, but with everything XS has.

Went to my local Best Buy store just to look at upgrading to IPhone 8 walked out with XS. Great customer service, favorable discounts, and excellent product.

Didn’t know if I’d like not having the home button, but the Face ID works great & within a day the new commands were 2nd nature. Have really enjoyed using it.

Has vastly improved camera with great features and selfies that no longer look like selfies. All of the functions are much faster and the screen is super clear.

My son (21) purchased this. He is very happy with it. Uses it many hours each day, No problem after 11 month of use.

Loved the phone but it was too small for me. I returned it and purchased the XS Max. Beautiful phone! Love it!

I like Apple products. The features have been easy to adjust to. My last phone was very reliable and I expect this will be even better.

I would tell anyone wanting to upgrade from 6/7/8 that now is the time. Pictures are amazing with or without filters. Functions like a well oiled machine.

Nothing much to say ... excellent phone and great service. The help to select the phone was great and the availability of the phone was immediate.

This phone is different, but after you get past the learning curve you will enjoy it. The phone is smaller than the 7+ I had but the screen is almost as big.

This was a great upgrade from the 6s fast , really like the facial recognition and don’t miss the button. Great to have Dual ability for cell service.

Huge upgrade to the 6s Plus. Apps that used to chug on the 6s fly on this phone. The new screen tech takes little time to get used to but I like it overall.

Upgraded my phone and it locked up shortly after leaving the store. I couldn't even power it off and back on. Had to do a hard reset on it for it so resume working. Haven't had any problems since.

My son upgraded his phone from and iPhone 6s. It works perfectly for daily usage and aloud cheaper than the new iPhones.

Getting the iPhone Xs was already a huge step and I needed to have the protection. The otter box isn’t too bulky and fits like a glove. My only issue is the light color rim got dirty th first week from putting my phone in my jeans pocket. I’m not a fan of black cases so I know this is normal from experience.
