The face scan is cool. I almost miss the button but it’s cool without it. It’s way faster than my old iPhone.

I upgraded from the 6s and it takes a little time to get used to not having the center button and Touch ID. But the phone has a great battery life and is very fast. I’m sure I will be completely used to the phone soon.

The best phone I ever purchased! My old iPhone 6 battery would not last half a day even when I’m not using. I decided to get the iPhone XS since Best Buy has a sale. I am very happy with the battery life, I would have to charge the phone once a day and it would ge me through the day. Very happy with the iPhone XS!

Didn’t think it would be much of an upgrade but the pics are awesome and the face recognition works great.

I upgraded my daughter's phone to the new IPhone Xs, all great, but it was the deal and how it was explained to me that I was misled. I was told that since I am trading in an IPhone 7 Plus, with Sprint, I will get a full credit of $41.67 on installment, or around $1000 spread out, so basically will get the phone for free. In the process of preparing all the paperwork for submission to Sprint, it turns out that I will only get 50% credit, so around 20.83 every month, not the full amount I was told and made to believe. I went back to Best Buy, and they too believed and read the documentation they have for me to get 100%. Upon confirming with Sprint, they were told that they were mistaken and I will only get 50% credit for my trade in. I was really disappointed. The only offer of consolation was to cancel my daughter's account, cancel her current number and get a new number which is considered a new account and they said i will get the 100% credit. Nothing else was offered or provided for the confusion and inconvenience experienced.

I updated from a 7+ and wow, what a difference. Speed, display, facial recognition all light years ahead.

I absolutely love this phone! I upgraded from the iPhone 8 which is a great phone, and find the XS to be an amazingly capable device. The size of the phone is perfect and fits my large hand very nicely, but still fits comfortably in my pocket. I wasn’t sure how I’d like face-ID, or the absence of the home button, but face-ID feels natural now, and I’ve gotten used to swiping instead of pressing the home button. The camera is simply awesome! The larger pixels capture very fine detail at lower ISOs, which is readily apparent at 100% magnification. It has a very capable camera with so many features and tools to help you create amazing photos. The build quality of the phone is impressive. I very highly recommend this phone if you’re upgrading from anything older than the iPhone X.
