I upgraded to the iPhone XS from an iPhone 6. It is taking me some time to get used to the weight and dimensions of this phone compared to the 6. The clarity and size of the screen is as good as advertised. I have also found the scrolling to be more smooth and effortless. So far I am happy w/ my purchase.

I waited until my old phone was on it's last legs before I made myself buy a new one. Picked this model due to a recommendation from a family member. Loving my new IPhone. The camera is so much better than my old phone and the clarity on the XS is amazing.

I waited until this phone went on sale after the 11 came out. It was over $300 cheaper than the comparable 11 model. Its awesome, much better than the old 8 I had. It didn't take long to get used to not having a home button, and face ID works well. Battery life is excellent.

This phone was purchased for my wife to use in place of the Pixel she was using. She is very happy with the photo management software and camera. When she is happy, I am happy. I would recommend this to any guy who is the IT person in the family because it just works better than the other brands out there.

It takes a bit of getting used to but overall it is a great phone. The camera is great. I love the size! I can actually see it well!

You can put two SIM cards on one iPhone (w Verizon). Solves my problem of having to carry personal & work cell phones. Beautiful & clear display. Incredible battery life. Water immersion built in. Wonderful clarity - & all those apps!

The last iPhone I had was the 7+ and it was great. I loved it. Went back to android and regretted it for 2 years. But this phone makes up for it. It is A LOT better than I thought it would be. Definitely would buy again. My fiancé loved it so much she decided to upgrade as soon as she can.

Got my my sister this phone and she is really enjoying it. The larger screen surface makes it look luxurious. Also great screen quality!

I has a difficult time choosing between the X and the X max. I decided to try the X first and see if there was a notable difference in size - I had the 7+ prior...it was cheaper and I couldn't be happier. I didn't need to return/upgrade for the max, at all. Very happy with this phone!

Absolutely love this phone! Does everything I need with quick response! Makes my life so much easier. Very user friendly, not complicated to figure out, and has high security, in case someone that is not supposed to have it got ahold of it.

What can I say??? It’s Apples top iPhone on the market today. Fast processor, plenty of storage. Great quality. Well done!

Wel I was rolling around with 7s so there’s that... but this phone looks and feels great. I had to adjust to no home button and other changes, and it’s a quick google search if you need help. The camera is awesome. The Animoji’s make me smile. I love all things apple so there ya go!

I am really enjoying the phone I thought not having to home button would be a problem. But I soon found out it makes things so much easier and faster The phone has a terrific fluid flow to it. I only have to say if your going from a 7 or lower like I did you’ll be amazed at the speed

Hey have been a fan of Apple for a long time. It was fine for an upgrade because my 7+ was on its last days. I didn’t know if I would like not having the home button, but once I got use to it being gone I don’t think I will ever go back, the gestures are so intuitive!

Had the Note 8. Had software issues and had it replaced 3 times. Decided it was time for a switch. So I went with the xs and love it. Have had it for about 3 weeks now. A smaller phone by far. Has great battery life. I get at least 18hrs and still have 10-15% left when I Go to charge it.

I previously had the 6S and was in need of an upgrade. Really liking this phone so far. The updated tech makes for a quick and smooth experience running and switching between apps. I’m also liking the FaceID. Would recommend!

I was happy to get my phone on a tax free weekend. Not at all happy with the service. After the purchase I was told to make an appointment and I would be shown how to operate my phone and it would be activated. When I called for an appointment I was told the earliest I could be seen was last of August or first of September I felt 3 weeks was not the appropriate length of time for activation etc. Was told take or leave it. Would have returned phone but found out I would have to pay a restocking fee. Best Buy will not be a store I will shop in the future. I hope you will instruct employees that saying “take it or leave it “ isn’t good for customers relations

I love the size of the phone. And the camera Is great. I wish the battery lasted longer on these phones. 256 gb is a perfect size

I bought this for my dad and after few days of using it, he said he loved it and worth every penny. I think the screen really made a different as he has issue reading from his previous phone, the iPhone 6. Overall a nice present and sure it would make anyone you give it to happy.

It took some getting used to not having a home button, but otherwise this is a great phone. Great resolution on the screen. Held up very well for my vacation out of the country. I’m an iPhone fan anyway, but this has to be the best phone that I have owned so far.
