I was in between the iPhone X, XR, and XS. I eventually decided to go with the XS due to its many functions especially with photos. The XR is great too, but I like phones to be a little smaller to carry. Best Buy had a great deal at the time of my purchase and I went with them.

Not much of a fan of iOS or iPhones. Came from a note 8. Missing the customization options but this device definitely gets the job done. The apps work well. The form factor is great , large display in a small frame is a great mix. Allows for one handed use and everything. Phone calls are solid. Battery life is solid. Last enough for a regular day. Display is very nice and bright to in directly lighting and looks great. Would easily recommend this device to anyone who is currrntly looking to upgrade.

So far this has been my favorite iPhone. The camera is fantastic, especially using the portrait mode. One of the included items is an electronic measurement and it is so easy to use and helpful when I need to do some calculations and such for work. Pretty accurate. Love it

This is an absolutely beautiful phone. You hate to put a cover on it...alas with all that glass, you're taking a huge gamble if you don't. Had the phone shipped to my house and my wife set it up, activated it and transferred all of her info, data and apps, very easily.

I can tell 0 difference between this phone and my iPhone X. If you’re not sick of your service provider like I was, and are considering upgrading.. you might as well be wait, or get a Samsung or pixel. Other than that, it’s a great phone, great cam, great screen

I was pretty hesitant about getting the new iPhone XS because of the facial recognition and not having a home button (I don’t care much for change), but after getting used to it, I absolutely love it! I love the dual cameras and the photos from this phone look amazing!

I purchased an iPhone X for myself back in October. I loved this phone so much that I purchased another for my wife for Christmas. The device is great and the service provided by Best Buy is, as always, top-notch. Very pleased with this purchase and Apple products.

When my wife and I went in, we had to wait about 15 mins even though there were not any other customers in the cell phone area. We even made eye contact with one girl working there and she ignored us. After another 5 mins of waiting, Diego came to help us and salvaged it with his amazing help! The girl that ignored us was getting ready to leave so she didn't want to help. She never approached us, spoke to us; just ignored us completely!! Diego was awesome from start to finish. He listened to us, gave us his opinion, and worked extra to make sure we were happy with the experience. Based on his work alone, we would recommend Best Buy again to anyone. To the other girl...not so much!

I love the new iPhone XS. If you get this phone, I would strongly recommend getting the maximum amount of memory (because you can't add memory to the phone later). You don't want to hassel with running out of memory when your video recording or taking pictures.

Had the iphone x. The xs is a little faster, just enough to notice on everyday stuff. Other than that it's the same phone since I'm not much into photography, games or AR stuff. I suspect gamers etc. will see a bigger jump in performance with the new neural engine.

I think this phone is easy to use. Fast processor. Great pictures. Smaller size but you still do not lose the screen.

Upgrade from a 6s. Like the features, better camera, slimmer, sleek design.

I've been a loyal Apple customer since the first iphone. Needless to say this New iPhone XS is THE ELITE, top of the line of the iPhones available now. It's just perfect! The look, feel, size, camera, soul d, it's just everything you want out of. Cellphone.

I was on the fence about the new cost of the iPhone XS. But decided to gift it a shot. Well, I’ve had it a week and I will say, I’m loving it! Compared to my iPhone 7Plus, it’s quicker, clearer, more user friendly! Not having a home button is a little weird, but I’m getting used to the new features. For people not quite phone savvy, take an online class on using it. There are so many features that figuring it out on your own will be difficult. Get some help, you’ll be glad you did. Seniors who are looking to get this, well, there is a lot to learn, don’t be discouraged. It takes time, but you will love how easy this is to use. Fun for all ages and really great photo features! Enjoy everyone!

Not sure it it's worth the $$$ or not so far, but it's at least faster and camera is much better than previous one

I love apple products, it just works and they are easy going and simple to use! Not only that, but will provide you with the security you need and they have a great team! Still think its waaay over priced but, you do get your pennies worth!

I really enjoy the ease of use. Not having the home button was a concern for me but I absolutely am glad it’s gone now and also glad the headphone jack is gone. The audio on this model is SO much better than the 7/8. Really love the phone.

I’m the kind of person that HATES updating my phone because I hate when Apple changes something, so I was dreading getting a new phone when my iPhone 6 bit the dust. The learning curve wasn’t bad at all and I definitely appreciate the increased storage.

This was an upgrade from iPhone 6s which provides numerous enhancements. For example, face recognition and additional apps and handy connection to share data with other Apple devices. I'm still learning how to master all the tools it provides!

I been an Apple phone user since the 5 series. I went with google pixel 3 phone, good phone but I hate Android OS..so I went back to Iphone I find it easy to use I am older person I just need an easy reliable phone, Apple XS phone great OLED screen.
