Overheats with wireless charging so much that it locked up today and would not reset.. I enjoy the phone ecosystem with the Macbook Pro, Apple watch, Apple TV, and etc. As a closed system, works great. I'm a long term Android user/Windows/Linux, so it's not a big deal to change around. The design, as always with Apple, is impeccable.

I am in love with this phone. Battery life is great! I have always been an android user, but this phone is way better than the Samsung phones that I have had in the past.

Transitioning from the iPhone 6s to the iPhone XS has been much more fluid than previous upgrades. Also easier to connect with other Apple products! Camera much improved!

This is my first new phone since the 5s and it is amazing. I can do so much more and I love the camera. Go with the 256 gb so you don’t run out of memory with the 64gb,

The camera is 10/10, the Animoji is a fun little plus. I thought i would miss my home button but i don’t know what was life without one lol. But honestly, i love my new phone.

I purchased the Apple IPhone XS at the Best Buy In Plano and I’m so glad I did. The sales staff were so patient and took the time to bring me up to speed on some of the new options available on this product. I can’t stress enough about how the Best Buy team is and are some The Best Sales Staff to assist a customer with a new purchase. The phone at first can be little intimidating but for the most part many of the procedures are very intuitive. You will have great fun with all of the options that this phone has. Oh the camera is awesome too. Highly recommend. Highly recommend phone and outstanding staff.

It took a little getting used to without the home button but out eventually gets easier to operate. Overall an excellent phone.

She loves this phone! The camera and the screen are great! She has been extremely happy with it and even with a not so Sturdy case it has held up to her drops

Having come over from andriod, I was anticipating a steep learning curve with the Iphone system. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the transition was for me. The phone looks great and meets all of my expectations with regard to speed and multi-tasking needs. Kudos to BB staff for their patience in explaining the phone's features and addressing any concerns I had.

The iphone XS is an an excellent device with amazing camera. however, the iphone 11 (not Pro) is just a little bit better when it comes to taking amazing pics.

I have the iPhone X and it’s been by favorite upgrade since the iPhone 4. Face ID was a great idea. Got the XS just to make sure we were current with the latest processor.

This is my 3rd iPhone, love the big screen size. Initially it was very uncomfortable to use it without home button, took a little while to learn it.

I love this new iPhone and have no complaints about it at at this time. The camera is especially awesome. Best Buy also provided excellent service during the purchase process.

It works great , with one drawback. If I don"t turn it off once a day, text messages and phone calls will not register. When I turn it off, and then back on, I will be barraged by text and phone messages that occurred at some point after the last time I rebooted it. I am taking it to have it looked at , and possibly. find a solution.

I upgraded from a 6. The camera and screen on this new iphone are amazing. The pictures are so crisp and the portrait mode is a great addition! Highly recommend

I've had every iPhone since the 4s, and I think the new one is always the best! The camera is by far the best on any iPhone. I wanted the XR but I'm glad I went with this XS!

I upgraded my self from an Iphone 8 to an XS and the system works great, it is nice not to be having to press the home button, everything is finger slide away.
