My son is a happy camper. He upgraded from iPhone 7 to iPhone XS. So much more features. Size is great too. Not too small or too big.

I waited for this release as I knew from others the pros and cons of the iphone x-as far I'm concerned the biggest difference is the glass and the size of the screen. After a week of usage the facial recognition and battery life(10+ hours) are the big pros-learning curve has been short and the convenience of having all my apps transfer effortlessly is a huge plus. The camera is stellar and size is perfect for me. The new XR coming later this month is supposedly an alternative- however not sure I can see waiting. The only con I can think of is price-not a cheap phone.

Wow, can’t believe I paid that much for a phone! Good phone, meets my needs. Not sure it was worth the price yet but it’s still new so time will tell.

Upgraded from iPhone 6 to this. Love the sharpness of pictures that came with the new camera, and portrait mode is nice for playing around.

The missing home button I thought would be more of a difference, but I’ve switched easily over to using the gestures on screen. I previously had a iPhone 7 Plus and also thought the smaller phone would be significantly different. The screen being edge to edge however makes up the bulkier size of its predecessors. I’m glad I made the switch to the smaller device. Would recommend!

Just another upgrade. Thought it was going to be too big (former SE owner). Just perfect size. Zero complaints!

Pretty phone and holds a bolt load of stuff. I think Apple is over priced but hey it is what it is. You get what you pay for.

Brought this phone for my daughter. Oh my gosh, the camera on this phone is totally awesome. Pictures are crystal clear. So many new features.

Amazing phone. Great display and the screen is out of this world. Takes great pictures and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new phone.

I upgraded from the iPhone 7 so there are some learning curves (no home button and Face ID) The XS is a great phone I like having the bigger screen.

Upgrading from my iPhone 6S to the XS was easier than expected, but did have one catch. Before going to Best Buy, I backed up my 6S to my notebook using iTunes. I bought the XS (Eric from the Rockaway store was great), when I got home, I tried to restore my 6S backup to the XS - it failed. As it turns out my 6S was running a newer version IOS than the new XS. I upgraded the XS to the latest version and retried the restore- success. After the restore, my new phone was (practically) identical to my old phone, right down to the wall paper.

I had a 7 plus and just upgraded. After the initial learning curve of not having a button I really like what Apple has done with this model

I had an iPhone 7 prior and was pretty fed up with it so I finally pulled the trigger and got the iPhone Xs. I can't complain as it seems like it a nice step up. Fast and responsive and the user interface seems intuitive. Wasn't sure if I was going to like the facial recognition but I really do seeing i had issues prior trying to use the thumb button when wearing gloves, etc. So for me it's been a purchase well worth it. If the novelty wears off and it starts to go back to being a bad apple experience as with the iPhone 7, I will update this review.

This phone was an upgrade from an iPhone 7 Plus. In every category, I am pleased with the XS features and it’s performance. No buyers remorse here.

I purchased the Apple iPhone XS for my daughter to replace her iPhone 5. She and her husband have invested themselves in Apple products. I personally do not like Apple because of thier proprietary systems and lack of interoperability with android or Microsoft products. I also believe that Apple charges way too much for their proprietary products. However, as far as the iPhone XS goes, it is a really nice smartphone, like most all Apple products are. My daughter likes her new iPhone XS and its interoperability with all of her and her husband's Apple products.

I upgraded to this phone after my iPhone 6s+, I really like this phone and the phone has great battery life, personally I wish I got the bigger one.

Just upgraded from my iPhone 7 Plus. I was most worried about adapting to not having a home button, but once I figured out the gestures, I loved it!

Upgrade from Iphone 8 for my wife. She loves it because it's not much bigger at all, but there is a lot more usable screen.

Went from an iPhone 6s to this new iPhone and it was easy to adjust to new features. Love this new phone !! The camera is worth the extra $$

Needed more storage and this foot the bill! Can’t go without a iPhone in today’s enviroment and Best Buy is themplace to shop for cell Phones.
