I upgraded from an iPhone 5s! Space Gray & 256 gb, $1,149. Mayor improvement in speed, functionality yet I’ve had constant video stuttering issues. Contacted Apple support three (3) times and issue persisted, most probably software-based; yet I chose to exchange phone for new one. New unit maintains some of prior issues... hope software fix comes soon. I’ve kept my 5s nearby if I need to replace this one as well... I recomendable to hold off from purchase until patches arrive (unless you have a money-tree, then splurge on!).

I replaced my iPhone X, because the face ID feature ceased to function (identified as a rare issue), but my warranty expired. This iPhone XS was an equivalent upgrade and so far I'm enjoying it.

Apple continues to impress with it sleek design as it competes against Samsung and Google for the market. Some still miss the button, but are getting used to the new ways of doing things.

I was upgrading from an iPhone 8 and was just going to go with the cheaper XR but I’m actually glad I didn’t. I love the XS and feel like it was worth it for the extra cash. Highly recommend.

Lightning fast speed, easy to use, and pretty amazing camera and video. This was a major upgrade from my IPhone 4S. Glad I finally went for it and learning new things daily, loving my new phone!!!

This is an upgrade from the 4s that was given to my husband as he dropped his 6s. He couldn’t wait to get a new phone. The face recognition takes a little getting used to. Overall a great phone.

It’s the bees knees. I upgraded from an iPhone 6s Plus. This phone is so much faster, it’s incredible. The gesture controls are easy to learn and The Face ID is awesome. Battery lasts much longer.

Apple is the way to go for our family. Due to them not upgrading the iOS for model 6's, we decided it was time. Not disappointed with this phone. Easy to use and nice features.

The change in the how you use/interface with the device took some getting used to (from my old iPhone 6) but the adjustment is quick, and now it's greats to use, and so much easier/user friendly.

Got the XS a couple weeks ago right after it went on sale. Ordered online and picked up at my Best Buy location. Love the size of the phone and all the features. Portrait mode lighting is amazing.

Honestly, I was worried at first to lose the home button, but the other advancements with this phone are excellent. The picture quality, data tracking, and diagnostics are so helpful.

Despite the price, I’d say this is Apple’s best phone since the iphone 5 which was my last iphone to ever own. Coming back to Apple after so long felt great, the basis really have improved.

AWESOME camera and great screen size. Still getting used to all new functions, but had SE before...this is MUCH better. Daughter loves portrait mode...getting great shots of all her friends

This was my +1 AT&T deal for the other phone I bought for my son's 18th birthday. Can't complain as I only had to pay about $500 but at full price the phone is too expensive considering look and feel wise it is very similar to previous generation. Maybe my association with Samsung Galaxy (S10+ user) made my views biased but I feel something is missing

I knew this product would be great, didn’t know how great though. A complete upgrade of my iPhone 6. The size and lack of a home button were something to get used to, but I adjusted quick.

so far, i am still getting used to the face id especially if i logout of an app but it’s convenient, but not all my apps use the face id. i like the size as it is not much bigger than my 6s.

I wasn't going to get the newest phone, but it was the same price as the previous model so I wound up getting this one after all. Great decision!

Love the speed of the phone and the longer battery. The improved camera is fantastic. I love that physically the phone is smaller while the screen remains the same size as my old iPhone 6s Plus.
