Bought for my daughter's birthday. I'm not an Apple person, but she is. She loves the phone. No issues reported to me so far.

i upgraded from i phone 7 and used iCloud to download. it gave me the old icons and it doesn't look like a new phone.

Good phone should have waited for the 12pro Max. Like the gold color the best on this phone.

they are helpful but I would say that they should not open to unlock iPhones. They may able to send unlock iPhones.

I was looking for cellphone upgrade saw that there was added incentive to purchase at Best Buy and turned out great

Typical Apple iPhone - reliable and useful and the gold adds to the allure

As an iPhone user for almost a decade; I have to say I’m disappointed in Apple’s “innovations”. I got this phone as an “upgrade” to my prior iPhone 7, which has honestly been the most reliable phone I’ve ever had. At this point I’m wondering why I got this new phone, and the only reason I haven’t returned it is the ridiculous restocking fee. The new features of this device compared with prior versions are gimmicks and toys at best. And they aren’t even very interesting toys. The Face ID thing is silly. It takes longer to unlock than my 7 did to just use the fingerprint reader. For typical adult use (read not screwing around playing games) if it is any faster than the 7, it’s negligible at best. In other words, if you have a recent model iPhone and don’t have issues with it, save yourself some money and stick to what you have. You aren’t missing anything important.

Big step-up from my iPhone 6 in terms of speed and screen size! I’m not blown away with the OLED screen, honestly.

Like it, lots of new features. Heavier/bigger than the previous models. Something to get used to overall.
