Microphone doesn’t always work, it freezes, the battery is old, it overheats whenever FaceTime is used; there’s a reason it’s as cheap as it is.

RE: Best Buy Executive Office - Case: 246227813 Good evening Alexandra, Thank you for forwarding this, however, like everything else my dealings with best buy have not been easy as your links will not open so again I’m at a loss & ready to contact Solve it Seven to discuss my frustration of the inability to resolve my issue with my I-phone XS as I have already reached out to Best Buy Corporate! Nothing to do with you as you have been very pleasant & tried to offer me something, however, after paying approx. $ 900.00 for a phone that is absolutely useless & interfering with my carrying out my nursing skills with patient care since I have not been able to hold a normal conversation with patients as the calls keep dropping or failing & it’s impossible to complete my assignments as directed! In such a difficult time of Corona virus I should not have to be dealing with this issue & should be able to help my patients!!!! I have also completed my survey requested by Best Buy & unfortunately I should have forwarded a copy to myself as I was sure to mention every detail of the run around that I have received by Best buy! Please feel free to share this with your manager as I would be happy to speak with him again as both apple & Verizon believe that Best buy is responsible Absolutely dissatisfied Customer!

So I finally made the move to upgrade my old 5SE. Got the latest iPhone XS! Well, turns out it’s just an iPhone. Doesn’t do anything more than my old one. Except, of course, learning to navigate through it. Looks nice though.

The sides are too hard to hold and easy to drop. I had trouble setting it up and had to reboot it to get it to act right. I am currently getting average use on it, still learning it from switching from a Pixel.

Sound disappears every once in a while- I cannot hear people people and they cannot hear me. I have to shut it down and turn it back on, that so far has been fixing the problem.

This product was only "eh". After only having it for about a year and 6 months, it ended up going out on her. She had to end up buying a new phone. Definitely not cheap to do that...

I've been using an iPhone SE for 3 years or so. I tried to upgrade to the iPhone Xs and returned it after only three days of use. It's too big for me. I decided to upgrade to the iPhone 8 instead and so far that's fine.

i upgraded from iPhone 6Plus. the battery on the Xs does not last as long as my old phone. i wish they had provided a user guide... i had to google how to use the new options and still prob more there to utilize

On paper the xs is a huge upgrade to the 6, but I should have held on to my working iphone 6 as the iphone xs is not much an upgrade for my usage. However, the xs works well so I will just get used to it.

The phone works well all areas. camera is good. The phone is a bit pricey and has no options to buy it out right and not be stuck by the dictatorship of the phone companies. overall though a nice phone.
