For a price of phone in freezes up a lot! No good.

My son could not be happier with his new iPhone X.

Not much of difference if you had Iphone X earlier.

I purchased a new iPhone XS, which arrived with a dead battery. Once charged, it continually rebooted every few minutes and the phone was unable to find wi-fi or iTunes, even when directly plugged in to the latter. When I contacted Apple about some of these issues they informed me that the phone was actually refurbished, not new, and it was later determined to be defective. Overall it was a horrible experience and I do not recommend purchasing this phone.

I got this phone primarily for the camera feature. I had tried a friend's and felt the quality of the photo was far superior to that taken on my old iPhone.

I like my new iPhone but it’s really no different from the original iPhone X. The oLED screen is nice but if I wouldn’t have been able to get the phone for free I probably wouldn’t have upgraded from my X.

The phone I purchased outright iPhone xs on a Saturday randomly turned off while fully charged the Saturday morning after it was purchased. It would not turn back on and I brought it back and Geek Squad couldn't even get it back on to recover information. Just a lemon. I got a replacement phone but nothing for the inconvenience of being without a phone when I was on call for work and having to return to Best Buy at the mall on a Saturday to get a new phone. Phone had no damage, just a lemon.

Love the features, the camera quality is very good. The clarity of the sound and home page makes it easy to read.

Don’t bother. Waste of money. More frustrating to use than the last version. No real new features.

I purchased this device earlier in the summer and have had endless frustration with dropped calls and lack of internet connectivity on Verizon's network. Even on wifi with VoLTE enable the phone drops calls! I replaced an iPhone 6 and this was a big step backward.

Bestbuy matched the price after my purchase which is good service. however, they did not cancel the tax charge for the first purchase. Since i paid with apple card, Bestbuy keeps transferring the call to apple, and still not resolved. It has been almost one month.

Great product. Great features. Very fast processor with astounding camera picture and speaker sounds. Only downfall about this product is the hefty price tag! Still not the biggest fan of not having a headphone port but the AirPods are slowing growing on me!

Not so smart phone, has lines that run down at times when I’m on phone. If I’m on social media it slow to load. Doesn’t have usb input. Screen gets dark by itself and have to keep adjusting several times every day. Not worth the so expensive price

My phone didn’t get actived correctly. I had to go back and had an hour wait to get it actived again.

I bought an UNBLOCK iPhone and now I can’t use it in my country because is blocked by T- mobile.

Great phone but needs more storage. I ended up bringing it back and upgrading to the 256.

Same phone new name. Really thought this would be a big improvement over the x...not so much

Not a big fan of the notch, but the overall design is acceptable

Phone is ok I like my old Samsung phone better. Easier to use.
