HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I have had numerous items from best buy either lost in transit ,misdelivered or just plain out canceled after waiting weeks!!!!

Very disappointed in this iPhone model. I’ve had several iPhones over many years and this model is not recommended at all. It locks up all the time and gets stuck.

Look at my account my phone are paid in full. I made sure ask sale person make sure it is unlock box. Come to fine out today it is lock? Up set

Can’t stand this phone. Facial recognition is terrible. The bottom is way better. Doesn’t work with sunglasses and a hat on. Cant just unlock it easily while it’s sitting on the table. Stupid move, Apple.

IPhone freezes at least twice in a week. Cannot make a call, or switch off or reboot, nothing!! I think we i phone should stop selling this phone. I cannot even return this device to bestbuy.

It was taken care of, no scratches, not even dropped but after a year, when it was charging, it suddenly turned off and never turns on again!

If you have an iPhone X, no need to upgrade and waste your money. Save your money and upgrade next year when they hopefully redesign it fully.

Well they said a was going to get $20 a month for my trade in iPhone 7 and I only get $155 no the $20 monthly I was tell, si be careful

I HAD THIS PHONE 4 DAYS AND THE CAMERA FELL OFF. BASICALLY THIS WAS A WASTE OF $1,300. AND GETTING THRU TO A HUMAN IS IMPOSSIBLE.

everyone has problem talking to me. no one hears me well. they say my sound is fuzzy and very deep and base..sorry I bought it.

If you are going to buy an unlocked phone make sure you call apple at the moment of the purchase

I traded to the XS from an 8. Face ID works perfect. I missed the home button for about a minute. Speakers sound better and no reception or WIFI issues. I don't notice any speed or download difference from the 8. The screen is sharp but not much different than the 8. My disappointment is related to the change in aspect ratio from 16:9 to 19.5:9. This taller skinnier format results in a narrower keyboard making typing more difficult. It also make text smaller for more difficult reading in any format that does not provide for Reader View adjustment. So they make the screen bigger but everything on the screen is smaller than on the 8. Counter intuitive I would say. Now to size and ease of use. I guess you never realize how much you use your phone with 1 hand until it becomes awkward to do so. I have average size man hands. I buy some gloves medium and some large. The 8 was an easy 1 hand phone for me without ever thinking about it. The XS is a little awkward. I can mostly handle it with 1 hand. I moved often used Apps to lower part of screen and have gotten aquatinted with the reachability feature and stretching my thumb to upper corner for reader view, as well as shifting the phone in my hand to navigate the screen that shrunk my content. AUTO TEXT REFLOW. I wrote a letter to Apple a few years ago regarding this and got a generic form letter response. This is the feature that allows you to Pinch or Zoom any text from any source to any size desired and it automatically formats your text to fit your screen within the margins for easy reading all the time. I had on an HTC in 2012. C'mon Apple you can do this! I really like the Apple Ecosystem but I think my ideal setup would be to own an XS Max for Home and office and an SE sized 1 handed "GO Phone" with both phones mirrored so I would get all Calls Texts and Email on both phones.

My favorite phone ever! Great camera & tons of storage. The expanded screen is super nice too.

This was honestly one of my favorite iPhones I have ever had. The Best Buy team made it super easy to set up and did so in a timely manner.

One of the best phones I have ever had! Now looking toward iPhone 16 Pro MAX!!

The XS is a huge improvement over the X! Better processing, memory, new features! Worth the upgrade
