Phone and camera are great. Battery isn’t as good as my old iPhone X and I was told this was supposed to be better

Great phone. Not s big difference between the last iPhone. Pictures are great.

Since I don’t buy a new phone often, the improvements are very noticeable. I love how much more screen space I have then I had on my iPhone 5SE. I also love the face recognition feature. The picture quality is excellent. I don’t miss the absence of a home button, but I do miss the absence of a headset jack. Also, like all iPhones, it is unfortunately an expensive product.

This is a good phone. It has most of the features my old Samsung s8 had, missing only a few things like being able to use multiple apps at the same time split screen. Over all I got this phone because I couldn’t send videos of my children to loved ones with iPhones due to size restrictions when not using iMessage and I wasn’t upset. Also I should note I had a iPhone 6 before my Samsung and this phone is the same thing plus a few gimmicks that are pointless.

So far so good. Still miss the button at bottom of iPhone and having the touch recognition entry but it’s not terribly difficult to get into phone. I keep taking accidental screenshots of my lock screen and activating Siri due to button placement on phone though.

Love the gold color on this phone. Excited that there is more memory. Still playing with it as it was bought for someone else, but that is a whole other story. All in all, I think I would rather keep this than have the giant iPhone XS Max. I have small hands.

A super fast phone with lots of memory! One of my biggest complaints about apple is not being able to upgrade memory but this fixed that when this went on sale.

Excellent phone at a great price for Black Friday. Our old phone finally broke and we were looking at a good upgrade. When we saw this phone at this price, we thought it was refurbished but it was actually new!!

Apple - iPhone XS 256GB - Space Gray Phone is good we purchase Apple XS and XR XS isworking fine but XR after just few month of purchase System failed and I had to have Apple re install the software but doing so I lost some important data.

I’ve had this phone for about 2 weeks now and Love it! I upgraded from the iPhone 6s. I love it’s slenderness and the screen resolution/color. My only complaint is without a case, it’s very slippery and has fallen off tables, couches and other surfaces.

Having been an iPhone user since the very first one came out of course my opinion is bias, but I love the phone so far. I traded in my 6S because as most phone users know after a few years you definitely need to upgrade.

This phone is amazing! Early this morning it wouldn't allow me to sign on, even with my numeric code... but the issue was quickly remedied by re-starting the iPhone. Definitely want to check the online support so I know everything I can about the phone.

Display, photos, and ease of use are what you would expect from Apple.

Glad I decided to try something different. It will take some more time to get use to but have some great features! The staff at Best Buy was super amazing and very helpful with my difficult purchase, will definitely recommend them to anyone!

Good phone. Great camera. Expensive but cool that Best Buy could work with the provider and set up on the spot.

Takes a little bit to get used to not having a home button but overall a great phone that takes amazing photos!

What can I say... bought it for my son in college and he loves it because he can keep up with all his buddies with iMessage and FaceTime. Calls sound much clearer than his older phone did. Comes with free Apple music subscription as well.

I upgraded from iPhone 7 Plus to this phone and like it better. Still getting used to not having a home button.

My daughter did a lot of research before lobbying for this phone, and she is so pleased with it. It does everything she wants it to and then some. She uses it for music in the car, and it works great on road trips.

I bought this iPhone for my wife and the Apple watch , and she is very happy with it, I know because she is fixing me some of my favorite Foods so I think that says a lot.
