Had difficulties with the updatte but best buy did a great job and was very patient helping me fix the problem.

they are helpful but I would say that they should not open to unlock iPhones. They may able to send unlock iPhones.

As an iPhone user for almost a decade; I have to say I’m disappointed in Apple’s “innovations”. I got this phone as an “upgrade” to my prior iPhone 7, which has honestly been the most reliable phone I’ve ever had. At this point I’m wondering why I got this new phone, and the only reason I haven’t returned it is the ridiculous restocking fee. The new features of this device compared with prior versions are gimmicks and toys at best. And they aren’t even very interesting toys. The Face ID thing is silly. It takes longer to unlock than my 7 did to just use the fingerprint reader. For typical adult use (read not screwing around playing games) if it is any faster than the 7, it’s negligible at best. In other words, if you have a recent model iPhone and don’t have issues with it, save yourself some money and stick to what you have. You aren’t missing anything important.

Big step-up from my iPhone 6 in terms of speed and screen size! I’m not blown away with the OLED screen, honestly.

They keep getting more expensive. Most item price come down as they mature not the Apple Stuff. Lot of things have changed and it take a long time to learn how to use your new Phone. First no Ear Phone plug so you have to junk all you ear phones and buy Bluetooth. Another expense and bother some thing to learn and use. Might be a bit faster response in os.
