it is not a truly unlocked phone. if you activate it in the us, there is no way you can use it overseas.

The product I recieved was an open box. Someone has turned it over. Some times my phone is hanging.

I hated to pay this for a phone but it was a Christmas present. iPhones are way over priced.

I upgraded from an iPhone 7 and there isn’t much of a difference other than size.

Much heavier then the iPhone 6s, 7 and 8. Not liking the all glass back as well.

It was too small and thus I returned it for the larger Max

I purchased a new iPhone XS, which arrived with a dead battery. Once charged, it continually rebooted every few minutes and the phone was unable to find wi-fi or iTunes, even when directly plugged in to the latter. When I contacted Apple about some of these issues they informed me that the phone was actually refurbished, not new, and it was later determined to be defective. Overall it was a horrible experience and I do not recommend purchasing this phone.

The phone I purchased outright iPhone xs on a Saturday randomly turned off while fully charged the Saturday morning after it was purchased. It would not turn back on and I brought it back and Geek Squad couldn't even get it back on to recover information. Just a lemon. I got a replacement phone but nothing for the inconvenience of being without a phone when I was on call for work and having to return to Best Buy at the mall on a Saturday to get a new phone. Phone had no damage, just a lemon.

Great product. Great features. Very fast processor with astounding camera picture and speaker sounds. Only downfall about this product is the hefty price tag! Still not the biggest fan of not having a headphone port but the AirPods are slowing growing on me!

I bought an UNBLOCK iPhone and now I can’t use it in my country because is blocked by T- mobile.

Great phone but needs more storage. I ended up bringing it back and upgrading to the 256.

Same phone new name. Really thought this would be a big improvement over the x...not so much
