Much heavier then the iPhone 6s, 7 and 8. Not liking the all glass back as well.

I like the phone but Apple products has become very expensive specially IPhones..

There is nothing wrong with the phone but there was nothing wrong with my prior phone either. This phone adds little to nothing to new phones. I miss the home button.

I tried to return my phone within the 15 day limit I didn’t like the phone because I had to charge it every 24 hours my old phone was it like that they wouldn’t return it because of a scratch on it you know and I know you can fix that easily $980 the phone wasn’t worth it

This phone work very good but in the first fallen craked the cristal

Not much of difference if you had Iphone X earlier.

The phone I purchased outright iPhone xs on a Saturday randomly turned off while fully charged the Saturday morning after it was purchased. It would not turn back on and I brought it back and Geek Squad couldn't even get it back on to recover information. Just a lemon. I got a replacement phone but nothing for the inconvenience of being without a phone when I was on call for work and having to return to Best Buy at the mall on a Saturday to get a new phone. Phone had no damage, just a lemon.

Love the features, the camera quality is very good. The clarity of the sound and home page makes it easy to read.

Don’t bother. Waste of money. More frustrating to use than the last version. No real new features.

I purchased this device earlier in the summer and have had endless frustration with dropped calls and lack of internet connectivity on Verizon's network. Even on wifi with VoLTE enable the phone drops calls! I replaced an iPhone 6 and this was a big step backward.

Bestbuy matched the price after my purchase which is good service. however, they did not cancel the tax charge for the first purchase. Since i paid with apple card, Bestbuy keeps transferring the call to apple, and still not resolved. It has been almost one month.

Not so smart phone, has lines that run down at times when I’m on phone. If I’m on social media it slow to load. Doesn’t have usb input. Screen gets dark by itself and have to keep adjusting several times every day. Not worth the so expensive price

I bought an UNBLOCK iPhone and now I can’t use it in my country because is blocked by T- mobile.

Great phone but needs more storage. I ended up bringing it back and upgrading to the 256.
