Almost a 5 but pricey. Was able to use reward points to pay down the cost. Good camera upgrade. Durable too. Dropped a couple of times and no harm with Zagg screen. Almost 2 day battery life after a year of use.

This is my third iPhone. I am thoroughly enjoying the quality and size of the screen and the quality of the camera.

Excellent quality Item. This iPhone is one of h best ever made in my opinion. I say that because while my friends with newer iPhones complain about the cheapness, slowness and glitches, I am enjoying this high quality, sharp images, and fast iPhone XS. I hope I can keep this one for years because I have no need to get the newer, less quality ones.

The new features are good, the pictures are excellent. The Face ID works most of the time, but I sometimes have issues if I’m wearing sunglasses or it’s dark out. If I could have one feature back it would be the fingerprint security. It’s also taken me a bit to get used to some of the new swipes and long holds, but I’m sure it will get easier with time.

Like the size of XS. Screen is much larger than my previous iPhone. A lot lighter too. Great photos.

I upgraded from the 6s and it takes a little time to get used to not having the center button and Touch ID. But the phone has a great battery life and is very fast. I’m sure I will be completely used to the phone soon.

Although the Apple tax is real and the overall price is a lot I must say that it is worth it. I have used the XS for over a year now and have not had any issues at all. The battery is fine, the display looks great and the device is impeccably well made. Granted I keep it in a case and accompanied with a glass screen protector, but even then I have not had any issues. Great phone, especially if you can find it on sale!

Traded my iPhone 7plus for this smaller iPhone XS and didn’t lose screen size. I like the face recognition also.

The camera is great and although the phone is smaller than my plus I traded in this feels better in my hand.

I usually have the apple phone through Best Buy. I live this phone a lot so easy to use and it’s faster.
