Finally needed to purchase a new phone and after my iPhone SE bit the dust it was time to go looking. This display on this phone is amazing and pretty much won me over from the start as well as upgrading from a smaller phone to a “normal” size phone has its perks as well. It didn’t take long getting used to not having a “home” button and I prefer not having it and the Face ID feature works pretty well. These phones aren’t cheap but I feel like they are worth it with all the technology upgrades over the last couple years. Battery life has been great so far and iOS 12 is an easy to use OS and give the phone a smooth, easy to use feel. Would recommend this phone to others.

Got this phone and it’s still working great after almost 8 months, which I have found can be a lot to ask for. Great camera!! Taking pictures is awesome with this phone. I like the touchscreen everything and it’s easy to access the menus.

The Apple XS iPhone was a change from the Apple iPhone 6X. After a few days I adapted to the phone without the home button. The apple phone is very easy to use and works great. I have the phone for about four weeks and I would recommend it to anyone.

I ran into an issue with an Android device. I was leery about switching to Apple iOS. I was incredibly impressed with the features of the device. Face ID is amazing, and I also opted for an Apple Watch which is also outstanding. I'm hooked!

I finally upgraded from my iPhone 8...nothing wrong with it but my kids were teasing me about it so I gave in! I thought I'd have trouble adjusting to the face ID and no home button but it didn't take long at all.

I have not owned any smart phone other than iPhone and I can't picture going with any other phone. Not having a home button takes about a day getting used to, but once you're used to not having one, it's much better.

I was a skeptic of the iPhone X and Xs. I loved Touch ID, it worked perfectly. Face ID, after ACTUALLY using it when it’s your actual phone, is SO much more useful and fast than you realize. And the fact that it’s supposedly even more secure is great. I just want to say thank you to Best Buy as well. I applied for the Best Buy credit card and got accepted and was able to live life to the fullest and get this iPhone at the BEST price possible. Even though there are never sales on iPhones, Best Buy still makes it so that you get 5% back in rewards, and 10% back on your first purchase. So even though I paid full price for my phone, WITH AppleCare with loss and theft, I still get $130 to use in certificates after my return period for my phone is done. Legit you WILL NOT find that kind of deal on an iPhone ANYWHERE!

This is my 5th different iPhone and I have not noticed any issues with it. Obviously, being a newer model, it is faster and has more advanced features than previous iPhones I've owned. Setup was extremely easy and FaceID works every time.

I like the camera and the screen size. definitely a much better phone than I expected.

I bought this phone primarily for the excellent camera. So far it’s everything I was hoping for. In addition to just straight-forward pictures it gives you capability usually reserved for much Mor sophisticated equipment.

Got this for my wife and she loves it so far. Great battery life and fast processing on apps.

I bought this 100% because of the portrait mode photo capability. I was very happy with my 7, but I’m expecting another grandchild and I wanted a better camera. I don’t like that it is a little bigger (just a few millimeters). I had to buy a new case, and the swipe features are a longer reach for my short hand. I am not crazy about photo recognition and the loss of the home button. And VERY EXPENSIVE

Bought this phone for her over her IPhone 8. She is in love with the camera, look, and operation of the phone. At first she thought it would be hard with no home, buton, but actually likes it without. She is happy so I am happy.

Another great IPhone, but not great enough to justify the hefty price tag. Not much of a difference from the 7 or 8. I would have gladly taken one of those if they were available. Needed to replace a malfunctioning phone, After going through 3 Verizon refurbs, and having trouble with all of those, threw in the towel and bought a new one. Wish the older ones lasted longer. Lucky to get a full 2 years out of them.

Stepped up from the iPhone 7 and what a difference. The camera on here is awesome. Took a little getting used to the new features but overall pretty easy to use.

Love this phone. Traded in my 6s plus 64 gb. I like it because same screen size but phone is a little smaller, fits nicer in my pocket. Has no button, so it took me a few days to get use of it, it’s really an awesome iPhone ‼️

My son talked me into upgrading our phones and I let him choose. He did his research and made an excellent choice. Great camera features. No home button took a little getting used to, but now I really like not having one.

I moved up from an SE, much smaller screen. LOVE all the room on the screen of the Xs, easy transition, beautiful resolution. A little bigger, a little heavier, but it's worth it - easy to get used to the slight differences.

Got this for my self and Max for my wife. i been enjoy it. the game i play no longer lagging (previous i was play on iphone6) it take a bit to use all touch screen and no home button. but once you use to it is not that bad.
