I loved my iPhone 7 but was in need of an upgrade and I am glad I did. This phone is really fast and the camera is Awesome, I would recommend to anybody looking for a new phone.

Although there is not much difference between the X and XS performance wise, their are some new tricks and security measures in place that make this phone the best there is out there.

My iPhone 8+ kept falling out of my girl pockets because it was too big. The xs fits great and still has a big screen so I can do all my financials since I don’t have a computer.

This is my first new phone since the 5s and it is amazing. I can do so much more and I love the camera. Go with the 256 gb so you don’t run out of memory with the 64gb,

I purchased the Apple IPhone XS at the Best Buy In Plano and I’m so glad I did. The sales staff were so patient and took the time to bring me up to speed on some of the new options available on this product. I can’t stress enough about how the Best Buy team is and are some The Best Sales Staff to assist a customer with a new purchase. The phone at first can be little intimidating but for the most part many of the procedures are very intuitive. You will have great fun with all of the options that this phone has. Oh the camera is awesome too. Highly recommend. Highly recommend phone and outstanding staff.

Having come over from andriod, I was anticipating a steep learning curve with the Iphone system. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the transition was for me. The phone looks great and meets all of my expectations with regard to speed and multi-tasking needs. Kudos to BB staff for their patience in explaining the phone's features and addressing any concerns I had.

I love this new iPhone and have no complaints about it at at this time. The camera is especially awesome. Best Buy also provided excellent service during the purchase process.

I upgraded from a 6. The camera and screen on this new iphone are amazing. The pictures are so crisp and the portrait mode is a great addition! Highly recommend

I was afraid the new phone would feel too big but it’s perfect for a woman’s hand. It was super easy to figure out the new technology. I don’t even miss the home button!

Improved dual-lens 12MP camera. Apple outfitted it with Smart HDR and increased the sensor size to capture larger pixels. Don't let that static 12MP number fool you. The iPhone XS has new depth-sensing capabilities for adjustable bokeh (background blur) during and after a shot. The TrueDepth camera returns with faster Face ID recognition, and your 7MP selfies get better depth control and Smart HDR, too. And, of course, Animoji returns with the iOS 12 benefit of having Memoji now.

One of the best iPhones...upgraded this to this device, much faster, better screen resolution, and ease of use makes this device stellar!

Well for Apple, the 7 is very good, the XS is the best phone that to date, is narrower than the 7, that makes it even heavier than the 7, more Ergonomic, the brightness of the screen, the recognition of the Face ID is excellent even with very low lighting. in a few words I am very happy I feel that I pay for what I have. As all new product is missing that the Apps are updated to this operating system, for example when loading Spotify I'm wrong in a data and I cut the possibility of Premium.

It was with some dread that I finally conceded it was “now or never” time to get a new iPhone. I both dreaded and feared the process. But, from the first moment Anna, the Best Buy Sales Associate, answered all questions very patiently and provided such an excellent buying experience. As for my new iPhone XS, I could not be happier. Not only was the whole buying experience made “painless” by such an exceptional sales associate, the phone itself, has also far exceeded my expectations!!! Five-Star service from Anna at Best Buy and a Five-Star product in the iPhone XS. I just could not be happier!!!!

At first I was sceptical just because there is no home button, but I love the phone and would never go back to something else. This camera makes it all worth it too!

I was very hesitant to upgrade my iPhone but I am ecstatic that I made the change. The new iPhone has an amazing camera, beautiful graphics and awesome new features.

Got this phone to decrease my phone size from 6 plus without Decreasing screen size. Now I carry smaller phone without any difficulty to read books on the screen.

Great upgraded iPhone! Much impressed with the battery life. It far exceeds previous models and with multiple apps open, I can get through the day without charging.
