I switched back to iPhone after several Galaxy phones. I like the ease of use with the iPhone. I had compatibility problems with the Galaxy phones.

While an in depth review of the IPhone XS is not thoroughly possible in a written form on a retailers website, I can give a overall thoughts review. I came from the iPhone 7 Plus so it was nice and expected to see an improved system speed. It did take some getting used to when switching to no home button but the transition was minimal and I do enjoy it better. The full stretch screen is great and the high quality display is awesome for YouTube and Netflix. Overall a great phone so far but it is Apple we’re talking about here.

This phone has a newer processor and the latest level of level 12 iOS. Limited battery capacity can be boosted with an iPhone battery case.

Overall the phone is very good. Quite the leap from iPhone 6 Plus that I used for over 3 years. Faster processing for apps, better camera and ease of use are great. Reason for the 4 star rating is due to rapid decline in battery life compared to my older iPhone. Even though I have followed every recommendation such as turning off background refresh and every other trick I found on Apple websites. Find that it “burns” through battery life a lot quicker for same amount of useage as the iPhone 6 Plus. Not so sure the upgrade was needed and feel I could have got by another year on that iPhone 6 Plus. If you really need an upgrade and have the money the phone is a great upgrade. May want to consider upgrade to the XS Max for better battery life.

I came from the 6a plus. This screen is big but the phone is smaller in size. I love it!!! Didn’t want the bulky size and this fits perfectly.

I love this phone my 3rd I phone and for sure the nicest one apple stepped up there game on this one a little pricey but you get what u pay for

The camera on the new iPhone xs is awesome. Phone is very pricey but I was looking for a good camera without having to carry a separate camera.

The usual smoothness that's expected from Apple. Moving from an Adroid device back to iOS is always easy and the ecosystem is hard to go without.

Upgraded from an iPhone 6S Plus to the new iPhone XS. The screen is a little smaller but the quality of the sound and picture are much better.

Has been a pretty smooth purchase, a great comfortable phone. Great sound and Picture, and cool portrait photo options. Better than our camera.

As always, Apple produces a great product. Easy to use. Appreciate the long battery life. The one downside, as always, is the cost.

Absolutely love it. Especially the face recognition!!!! I love that I can use the face recognition, even on apps like the banking!!

Apple always adds great features with every IPhone. The facial recognition makes unlocking my phone and opening secure apps to easy.

This is a great upgrade from the 6s that I owned previously. I though I would miss the home button, but I enjoy all the new features.

This is my first iPhone. I have found it very easy to use. The battery lasts all day with a lot of battery left. I really like the phone.

This phone is a perfect creation of what a phone should be. Screen is bright, pictures are clear, memory options are perfect. Awesome phone!

Good phone overall, I just don't think it was a upgrade from the X. I only purchased it instead of replacing my battery in the X I had.

Got this as an upgrade for my daughter and it delivers as promised. Not a big difference between this and the X, but, both are worth it.

Upgraded from IPhone 6 to the IPhone XS. Easily adapted to the XS Face ID feature. The XS fits in my short fingered hand comfortably.

Great phone! Phone size is smaller than my 7 plus but screen seems to be about the same size as my old one. Cell phone prices are getting a little out of hand for no longer than they last is my only real complaint other then the occasional time it won’t send text messages
